2022 թվականին ջրի սակագինը կթանկանա. ՀԾԿՀ նախագահ (տեսանյութ)

2019 թվականից մեկնարկել էր էլեկտրաէներգետիկայի շուկայի ազատականացման գործընթացը, որը ենթադրում է էներգետիկայի մասին օրենքի և ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերի փոփոխոթյուն»,- ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնեց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը:

Նա հայտնեց որ ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալությունը դրամաշնորհային միջոցներով իրականացրել է նաև էլեկտրոնային հարթակի ծրագրի մշակման գործընթացը, որն արդեն 3 տարի է ինչ ընթացքի մեջ է: ՀԾԿՀ նախագահը բացատրեց, որ այն էլեկտրոնային հարթակ է էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտրի համար:

Բաղրամյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ նոր փոփոխություններով ՀԷՑ-ից բացի նաև այլ ընկերություններ կարող են ստանալ լիցենզիա և առանց կարգավորող գների վաճառել այդ էլեկտրաէներգիան:

ՀԾԿՀ նախագահը հայտնեց, որ «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությունը օգոստոսի սկզբին հայտ է ներկայացրել հանձնաժողովին՝ առաջարկելով ջրի սակագինը 188 դրամի փոխարեն սահմանել 224 դրամ և հավելեց, որ 2022 թվականի համար արդեն իսկ ջրի բազիսային գինը աճել է 34 դրամով՝ հասնել ով 214 դրամի:
Նա հավաստիացրեց, որ անապահով խավի շուրջ 100 հազար բաժանորդի համար ջրի սակագինը չի փոխվի:

««Վեոլիա ջրի» հետ Բանակցում ենք առաջիկա 10 տարում հաստատուն գնային քաղաքականություն ունենալու համար»,- ասաց Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը և հավելեց որ մինչ այդ 2022-ի հունվարի 1-ին ջրի նոր սակագին է ուժի մեջ մտնելու:

Լրագրողի հիշեցրեցմանը, թե 2019թ.-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վստահեցրել էր, որ «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության հետ պայմանավորվել են մինչև 2024 թվականը ջրի սակագինը չբարձրացնել՝ ՀԾԿՀ նախագահը պատասխանեց. «Մենք կարող ենք մինչև 2035 թվական էլ չբարձրացնել ջրի սակագինը՝ համապատասխան վարձակալության գումարները չվճարելով: Կարող է կառավարությունը չուզել այդ գումարները կամ նվազեցնել, փոխարենը սակագինը թողնել անփոփոխ: Նույն 188 դրամ սակագինը, որ երեք տարի պահվում էր, պահվում էր վարձակալության վճարները նվազեցնելով»:
