Պոռոտախոսի մտավարժանքները, կամ ինչպես խայտառակ եղավ գնդապետը

Գործող իշխանության դիլետանտ եւ պոռոտախոս գործիչներին բազմիցս ենք անդրադարձել, ներկայացրել նրանց անհեթեթությունները, սեփական մասնագիտությանը չտիրապետելու պատճառով ծիծաղելի իրավիճակում հայտնվելու դեպքերը։ Պարզվում է՝ ընդդիմության շարքերում էլ են ծվարել այդպիսիք, եւ ոչ ավելի, ոչ պակաս ուժային համակարգում երկարամյա աշխատանքի փորձով, գնդապետի ուսադիրներ կրող։ Ոստիկանությա գնդապետ Սայաթ Շիրինյանն է այս անգամ հայտնվել ծաղրի առարկայի դերում։ Ֆեյսբուքյան անդաստաններում ակտիվորեն գրառումներ անող գնդապետն այս անգամ էլ անդրադարձել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին, ու գրել․ «Պատերազմից հետո, արդեն իր պաշտոնից հրաժարական ներկայացրած, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, իր եզակի հարցազրույցի ժամանակ, պատերազմի իր միակ «սխալը» համարեց այն, որ չի կարողացել ապահովել հորիզոնական կապը՝ գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի, պաշտպանության նախարարության, գլխավոր շտաբի և Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի միջև։ Չի կարողացե՞լ թե միտումնավոր չի ապահովել»։ Պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը լքելուց հետո Դավիթ Տոնոյանը մեկ անգամ է հարցազրույց տվել, այս տարվա հունվարին, «Մեդիամաքս» գործակալությանը։ Հարցին, թե ո՞րն է համարում իր անձնական ամենամեծ բացթողումը այս պատերազմի ընթացքում, Տոնոյանը պատասխանել էր «Չկարողացա հաղթահարել պատերազմի պայմաններում վարչապետ-պաշտպանության նախարարություն-Գլխավոր շտաբ հրամանատարական ուղղահայացին վերաբերող անհստակությունը եւ դրանից առաջացող խոչընդոտները։ Մասնավորապես, այն հարցերում, որոնք վերաբերում էին զորահավաքին, Անվտանգության խորհրդի դերակատարությանը եւ գործառույթներին, Հայաստանի Զինված ուժեր-ՊԲ-Արցախի նախագահ գործառույթներին եւ պաշտոնեական փոխհարաբերություններին, Արցախում ինքնապաշտպանության կազմակերպմանն ու բնակչության տարհանմանը»։ Ոստիկանության գնդապետը, որ զբաղեցրել է լրատվության վարչութան պետի պաշտոնը, այսինքն պետք է հասկանար իր խոսքի արժեքը, պարզապես չի կարողանում հորիզոնական կապը տարբերակել հրամանատարական ուղղահայացին վերաբերող անհստակությունից։ Կամ էլ, ինչն ավելի վատ է, միտումնավոր կեղծիք է տարածում։ Սայաթշիրինյանների նմաններն են, որ բարձր կոչումներ են կրել նախկինների ու ներկաների օրոք, անվանարկել ու հեղինակազրկել ուսադիրները, զինվորական պատիվն ու տղամարդու խոսքը։ Եվ պետք չէ զարմանալ մեր երկրի այսօրվա վիճակի համար։ Իսկ «Հայաստան» դաշինքին ընդամենը խորհուրդ կտայինք տեր կանգնել իրենց դիլետանտներին։ Այդպիսիները ոչ միայն իրենք են խայտառակվում, այլեւ խայտառակում են քաղաքական ուժին եւ «ռեսպուբլիկան»։
