Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ զանգվածային աշխատանքներ են սկսվել «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» ստեղծման ուղղությամբ

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ընդգծել է Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման հարցով Ադրբեջանի, ՌԴ-ի և Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետերի մակարդակով եռակողմ ձևաչափով համագործակցության կարևորությունը:

«Այդ խմբում աշխատանք է տարվել Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացման ուղղությամբ, սակայն հունիսի սկզբին Հայաստանը դադարեցրել է իր մասնակցությունն այդ խմբին՝ ընտրություններով պայմանավորված: Օգոստոսի կեսերին այդ խումբը հերթական հանդիպումն է անցկացրել: Նրանք կրկին կհանդիպեն հաջորդ ամիս: Կարծում եմ՝ այդ խումբը կարևոր ձևաչափ է, քանի որ թեև արդյունք չկա, այնուամենայնիվ շփում կա: Շփումն անհրաժեշտ գործիք է տվյալ իրավիճակում, և շատ հարցեր կարող են կարգավորվել այդ շփումների օգնությամբ»,- ասել է Ալիևը թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում:

Վերջինս հավելել է, որ Ադրբեջանում «զանգվածային աշխատանքներ են մեկնարկել Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ:

«Զանգելանում (Կովսական) երկաթուղի և մայրուղի է կառուցվում: Կարծում եմ, որ մեր տարածքում աշխատանքները կավարտենք երկու տարուց, քանի որ աշխատանքների ծավալն այստեղ շատ մեծ է: Երկաթուղու և ավտոմայրուղու երկարությունը Հայաստանի տարածքում կազմում է 40 կմ: Դա կարող է տևել 1-1,5 տարի: Մենք դրան ենք սպասում»,- ասել է Ալիևը:
