Վանաձորում բնակիչը բենզին է լցրել նախկին կնոջ մոր բնակարանի դռան վրա և հրկիզել այն. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում պարզվել են Վանաձոր քաղաքի 38-ամյա բնակչի կողմից գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելու փորձ կատարելու, հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու և  անհետաձգելի միջամտության որոշումը դիտավորությամբ չկատարելու դեպքերի հանգամանքները:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 38-ամյա տղամարդը, նախկին կնոջ մոր՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայում գտնվող բնակարանը համարելով իրենց ամուսնալուծության պատճառ, 2021թ. ապրիլի 9-ին՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, կնոջ հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում սպառնացել է հրկիզման եղանակով ոչնչացնել և վնասել նշված բնակարանը՝ դրանում եղած գույքով:

Այնուհետև նույն օրը՝ ժամը 20.00-ի սահմաններում, ուրիշի գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելու և վնասելու հանցավոր նպատակով, գնացել է հիշյալ բնակարան և իր հետ նախապես վերցրած բենզինը լցրել դռան վրա, կրակայրիչով հրկիզել դուռն ու անմիջապես դիմել փախուստի, սակայն հանցանքն ավարտին չի կարողացել հասցնել իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով, քանի որ հրդեհը նկատվել է հարևանների կողմից և մարվել:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ ապրիլ ամսվա տարբեր օրերի, տղամարդը պարբերաբար զանգահարել է նախկին կնոջը, հայհոյել նրան ու ծնողներին և սպառնացել սպանել նրանց:

Բացի այդ, որպես ընտանիքում բռնություն գործադրած անձ, տղամարդն անտեսել է իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից որպես պարտականություն իր վրա դրված սահմանափակումը՝ այն է նախկին կնոջը 20 օր ժամկետով 50 մետրից ավելի մոտենալն արգելված լինելու մասին: Վերջինս 2021թ. ապրիլի 16-ին՝ ժամը 11:35-ի սահմաններում, խոսելու նպատակով գնացել է կնոջ բնակության վայր, հանդիպել և պահանջել միավորվել իր հետ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 38-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-185-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 119-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 353.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել դատավարական ղեկավարում իրականացնող դատախազին:
