Շենգավիթում 54-ամյա տղամարդու և իր զարմիկի միջև վեճ է տեղի ունեցել, որի ընթացքում վերջինը դանակով հարվածել է մորեղբորը. ավելի ուշ տղամարդը հայտնաբերվել է մահացած վիճակում. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է 54-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՔԿ-ն:

Քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները:

Մասնավորապես` քննությամբ պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ 2021թ. հունիսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 1966թ. ծնված տղամարդու և նույն տանը բնակվող վերջինիս քրոջ որդու միջև, որի ընթացքում տղամարդը հայհոյել և փորձել է փայտի կտորով հարվածել զարմիկին, ինչից հետո վերջինս բռունցքով հարվածել է մորեղբոր դեմքին, իսկ դանակով` կրծքավանդակին: Միջադեպից հետո տղամարդը բարձրացել է տուն, իսկ հաջորդ օրը՝ հունիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, վերջինիս քույրը եղբորը հայտնաբերել է մահացած վիճակում:

Տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքի բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Ըստ փորձագետի եզրակացության՝ տղամարդու մահվան պատճառը հանդիսացել է արյան սուր կորուստը, որը հետևանք է եղել կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի առաջային մակերեսի ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վնասվածքի։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ տուժածի քրոջ որդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, և նրա նկատմամաբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
