«Կապան-Գորիս ճանապարհը բացվել է ոչ մի բանի դիմաց: Չի եղել պայմանավորվածություն, որ բացելու դիմաց ադրբեջանական հենակետեր դրվեն»,- այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ Սյունիքում ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից փակած Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհն ի՞նչ բանակցությունների արդյունքում է բացվել:

«Ռուս սահմանապահներն ստանձնել են այդ ճանապարհահատվածի վերահսկողական գործառույթ»,- նշեց նա:

Ըստ Աղաջանյանի՝ այն, ինչ անում է ադրբեջանական կողմը, ընդամենը նպատակ ունի արժեզրկել խաղաղության օրակարգը:

«ՀՀ ռազմական գերատեսչությունը մշտապես, ամենօրյա, ամենժամյա ռեժիմով կատարելագործվում է և վերակազմակերպվում է պատերազմից հետո առաջացած խնդիրներից հետո և մշտապես իր գործառույթներն իրականացնում և իրականացնելու է համապատասխան պահի առկայության պարագայում: Դրան զուգահեռ, ՔՊ կուսակցությունը, որպես նախընտրական կարևորագույն խոստում, հանդես է եկել խաղաղության օրակարգի կարևորությամբ և նախընտրական քարոզարշավի անկյունաքարային կետ սահմանել է տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղության գործընթացի սկիզբ դնելու պատրաստակամությունը»,-ասաց նա:

Դիտարկմանը՝ չի ստացվում այդ խաղաղությունը ստանալ, պարբերաբար լինում են միջադեպեր, Աղաջանյանն արձագանքեց.

«Մենք գնում ենք այդ ճանապարհով, պատրաստվում ենք չտրվել սադրանքներին: Մենք նման գործողությունները գնահատում ենք սադրանք Ադրբեջանի կողմից»,-ասաց նա:

Այն դիտարկմանը, թե այդ սադրանքները երբեմն ուղեկցվում են նաև զոհերով, Աղաջանյանն արձագանքեց. «Դրանք կարող են ուղեկցվել զոհերով, կարող են ուղեկցվել այլ տհաճ ու անցանկալի երևույթներով, բայց դա է այն ճանապարհը, որով պետք է մեր քաղաքական ուժը տանի այս գործընթացը՝ առաջին հերթին հաշվի առնելով, որ դրա համար ստացել է ժողովրդի մանդատը»,- ասաց նա:
