Չավուշօղլուն Հայաստանին մեղադրել է հարևան երկրների տարածքների վրա «աչք ունենալու» մեջ

Էսքիշեհիրի նահանգապետարանի նախաձեռնությամբ հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի և մի շարք Հ/Կ-ների ներկայացուցիչների միջև։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում Չավուշօղլուն խոսել է նաև Հայաստանի և հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների մասին. գրում է ermenihaber-ը:

Նա մասնավորապես արել է հետևյալ շեշտադրումները․ «Այսօր Թուրքիան ունի թե ռազմական-կոշտ և թե փափուկ ուժ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է ճիշտ համադրել և հասկանալ, թե երբ է պետք օգտագործել կոշտ ուժը, կամ ինչպես է պետք կիրառել փափուկ ուժը։ Կոշտ ուժը պիտի կիրառել, երբ դիվանագիտությունը սպառում է իրեն։ Կոշտ ուժը կիրառվում է դիվանագիտությունը վերստին գործարկելու համար»։

Թուրք նախարարը որպես օրինակ նշել է իրենց զինուժի գործողությունները Սիրիայում, Լիբիայում, Արևելյան Միջերկրականում, ապա շարունակել. «Ադրբեջանն էլ նույն բանը արեց Կովկասում։ 30 տարի սպասեց, դիվանագիտութունը չաշխատեց։ Մինսկի եռյակը, կամ էլ ավելի մեծ կառույցը՝ Մինսկի խումբը, որի անդամ ենք նաև մենք, չգործեց։ Ի՞նչ եղավ։ Այն եղավ, որ կարճ ժամանակում՝ 43 օրում, եղբայրական Ադրբեջանը վերցրեց իր հողերը, և հիմա էլ հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել դիվանագիտության համար»։

Չավուշօղլուն նշել է, թե իբր իրենք դրական ուղերձներ են հղում և նույնը ստանում Հայաստանից, բայց դրանք, ըստ նրա, չպետք է մնան միայն որպես խոսքեր։ Նա Հայաստանին մեղադրել է հարևան երկրների տարածքների վրա «աչք ունենալու» մեջ և Երևանին հորդորել է մտածել, թե ինչպես կարող է օգուտ քաղել խաղաղությունից, տնտեսական զարգացումից, կարևոր նախագծերից։

Չավուշօղլուն հիշեցրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից արված խաղաղության համապարփակ պայմանագրի բանակցությունների առաջարկի մասին և հույս հայտնել, որ Հայաստանը կարձագանքի։
