Պետք է հասկանալ՝ ինչո՞ւ ՊԲ հրամանատարի պաշտոնից հեռացավ Արզումանյանը. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարի փոփոխությունը, դրա դրդապատճառները փորձում եմ փնտրել զինված ուժերի վրա դրվող նոր խնդիրների տրամաբանության մեջ։
 
Սա, իհարկե, այն պարագայում, եթե այս փոփոխությունը իռացիոնալ դաշտում չէ։
Ի՞նչը չէր կարող անել պաշտոնաթող ՊԲ հրամանատարը, որն ունակ է անել նորանշանակը։
Նաև անհրաժեշտ է հասկանալ, թե ինչո՞ւ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից հեռացավ Միքայել Արզումանյանը՝ պաշտոնական առաջընթացի՞, թե՞ անբավարար արդյունքների համար։
 
Միգուցե ուղղակի հոգնել էր և նպատակահարմար չհամարեց իր հետագա ծառայությունը։
Այսպիսի ծանր փուլերում անհատների դերը կարևոր է, սակայն շատ ավելի կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչ խնդիր է դրված Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի առաջ, ինչ ձևով է ապահովելու խնդիրների կատարումը և միայն այս համատեքստում գնահատել ՊԲ նոր հրամանատարի հնարավորությունները և նախորդի ազատումը։
 
Անկախ Միքայել Արզումանյանի և Կամո Վարդանյանի նկատմամբ հանրային տարբեր գնահատականներից, մի բան պետք է արձանագրենք։
Գեներալ Արզումանյանը պատերազմի ծանր փուլում ստանձնեց ՊԲ հրամանատարի առաքելությունը, լրիվ այլ հարթության մեջ, մեկ այլ բարդ իրավիճակում էլ Կամո Վարդանյանը ստանձնում է վերակազմավորման մեջ գտնվող ՊԲ-ի հրամանատարությունը։
 
ՊԲ մարտունակությունը պետք է ոչ միայն վերականգնել, այլ որակական առումով նոր՝ ավելի բարձր մակարդակի հասցնել. սա պետք է լինի ցանկացած հրամանատարի առաքելությունը։
