Ռուսաստանը չի ծրագրում հինգ տարի հետո դուրս բերել խաղաղապահներին ԼՂ-ից. Վլադիմիր Եվսեև

Ռուսաստանը չի պատրաստվում դուրս բերել իր խաղաղապահ զորքերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այսպիսի կարծիք է հայտնել ռուսաստանցի ռազմական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեևը՝ մեկնաբանելով խաղաղապահ զորամիավորման նախկին հրամանատար Ռուստամ Մուրադովի հայտարարությունը:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ծրագրում 5 տարվա ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո դուրս բերել խաղաղապահներին [Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից]: Բայց ամեն ինչ, իհարկե, կախված կլինի ընթացիկ իրավիճակից: Ադրբեջանն, անշուշտ, կփորձի ինչ-որ կերպ դուրս մղել ռուս խաղաղապահներին, բայց չեմ կարծում, թե նա կհաջողի»,- ասել է ռուսաստանցի փորձագետը:

Այս համատեքստում Եվսեևը նկատել է, որ պատերազմից գրեթե մեկ տարի անց Ադրբեջանն, ըստ էության, չի յուրացրել իր կողմից օկուպացված տարածքները:

«Ես այդքան էլ չեմ տեսնում՝ ինչպես է Ադրբեջանը յուրացնում Ղարաբաղը: Դա տեսանելի չէ: Ռազմական որոշ յուրացում կա, բայց տարածքների բնակեցում չի նկատվում: Ստացվում է, որ այն 7000 ադրբեջանցիները, որ կորցրել է Ադրբեջանը պատերազմում, անիմաստ են զոհվել: Ստացվում է՝ գրավել են տարածքներ, որտեղ ոչ ոք չի ապրում: Այդ դեպքում ի՞նչ իմաստ ուներ այդքան զոհեր տալը: Ի՞նչ են անում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, օրինակ, արաբները: Ինչու՞ նրանք այնտեղ հայտնվեցին: Հարցերը շատ են: Ուստի կարծում եմ, որ առայժմ վաղ է խոսել այն մասին՝ ինչ կլինի 4 տարի անց: Բայց ամեն դեպքում կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը չի պատրաստվում դուրս բերել խաղաղապահներին: Դա իմ անձնական տեսակետն է», - մեկնաբանել է Վլադիմիր Եվսեևը:
