«Գոլդեն լենդի»՝ Արևիսում ոսկի որոնելու արդյունքում օդ կարտանետվեն ածխածնի օքսիդ, մուր և ծծմբային գազ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Գոլդեն լենդ» ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է Սյունիքի մարզի Արևիսի բազմամետաղային երևակման մեջ ոսկու և ուղեկցող մետաղների պաշարների գնահատում կատարել:

«Շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման և փորձաքննության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով «Գոլդեն լենդ» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված Սյունիքի մարզի Արևիսի բազմամետաղների հանքերևակման տարածքում 2017–2020 թթ. ընթացքում օգտակար հանածոների արդյունահանման նպատակով ընդերքի երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտի, գնահատման հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ հանրային քննարկումներ տեղի կունենան:

Արևիսի բազմամետաղային երևակումը գտնվում է Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիանի ենթաշրջանում՝ Բարգուշատի լեռնաշղթայի հյուսիսիային լեռնաբազուկների սահմաններում: Տարածքը տեղադրված է 1800–2300 մ բացարձակ բարձրությունների վրա: Երևակման տարածքին ամենամոտ բնակավայրերն են Արևիս, Թասիկ և Բնունիս գյուղերը, որոնց հեռավորությունը երևակման տարածքից կազմում է 1–10 կմ: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է հորատել 180–250 մետր խորությամբ 15 հորատանցք, որի համար 15 անգամ կկատարվի հորատող հաստոցի տեղակայում և ապատեղակայում:

Ընկերության կողմից ներկայացված հայտում ասվում է, որ հանքերևակումը պատմամաշակութային հուշարձանների վրա ազդեցություն չեն գործի: Մասնավորապես Թասիկ համայնքից հարավ գտնվում են միջին դարերում հայտնի Թանահատ վանքն ու Դիքբաշ կոչվող սրբատեղին: Բնունիս գյուղի հյուսիս–արևմտյան ծայրի գերեզմանատանը պահպանվել է Օրբելյան իշխանի մահարձանը՝ կանգնեցված 1321 թ.:

Ինչպես կարդում ենք հայտում՝ ծրագրավորվող երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների տարածքը գտնվում է նշված հուշարձաններից զգալի հեռավորության վրա: Հաշվի առնելով հանքային մարմինների տեղադիրքը և երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների մեթոդաբանությունը՝ երկրաբանահետախուզական աշխատանքների ընթացքում հուշարձանների վրա բացասական ազդեցություն չի դրսևորվելու:

Ընկերությունը միաժամանակ «խոստովանում է», որ Արևիսի բազմամետաղային հանքերևակման տարածքում երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների իրականացման ընթացքում աննշան տեխնածին ճնշումներ են դրսևորվելու մթնոլորտի, հողային ծածկույթի, բուսական և կենդանական աշխարհի, ինչպես նաև լանդշաֆտային ամբողջականության վրա:

Մասնավորապես, տարածքում աշխատող ավտոտրանսպորտը դառնալու է վնասակար գազերի և փոշու արտանետման աղբյուր, փոշեգոյացում տեղի է ունենալու նաև հորատման և ճանապարհների շինարարության ժամանակ: Մեքենաների և սարքավորումների աշխատանքի արդյունքում օդ են արտանետվելու ածխածնի օքսիդ, ազոտի երկօքսիդ, մուր և ծծմբային գազ: Չնայած ըստ հայտի՝ նախնական հաշվարկների համաձայն, երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների ընթացքում փոշու և վնասակար գազերի առավելագուն կոնցենտրացիաները չեն գերազանցելու նորմատիվային փաստաթղթերով ամրագրված սահմանային թույլատրելի խտությունները:
