8 տարում մոտ 100 անգամ ավելացել է «Թեժ գծին» դիմողների թիվը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ հարկային ծառայության «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայությունը պաշտոնապես գործում է 2008թ. հոկտեմբերի 14–ից և 2009 թ. նոյեմբեր ամսին, այսինքն` մոտ մեկ տարի անց ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ հարկային ծառայության «Թեժ գծով» ստացվել է 210 բողոք և առաջարկություն:
Յոթամյա վաղեմություն ունեցող բողոքների հիմնական մասը վերաբերել է պարգևավճարների տրամադրման նոր կարգին, պայմաններին, ժամկետներին, տեղեկատվության և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաներից օգտվելու ժամանակ առաջացած հերթերին, նոյեմբերի վիճակահանության շահող թվերին և շահումների տրամադրման կարգին, ինչպես նաև վիճակահանությանն առնչվող բազմաթիվ այլ հարցերի:
Բողոքների մի մասն էլ առնչվել է «Հսկիչ–դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջների խախտման փաստերին: Մի ստվար խմբի հարցեր էլ վերաբերել է հարկային օրենսդրությանը:
«Թեժ գիծ» ծառայության պաշտոնապես գործելուց ութ տարի անց՝ 2015 թ.–ի միայն նոյեմբեր ամսին արդեն նույն ճանապարհով ստացված բողոքներն ու առաջարկությունները մոտ 55 անգամ աճել են հասնելով 11 532–ի:
2016 թ.–ի նոյեմբեր ամսին ստացված բողոքների ու առաջարկությունների պատկերը համեմատելով նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի հետ, պարզ է դառնում, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ստացված ահազանգերը գրեթե կրկնապատկվել են:
ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից «Փաստին»` տրամադրած տեղեկության համաձայն 2016 թ. նոյեմբեր ամսին ստացվել է 21796 զանգ: Ստացված զանգերից 17411–ը վերաբերել են հարկային, իսկ 4359–ը` մաքսային օրենսդրությանը: Բացի այդ, ՊԵԿ «Թեժ գծով» ստացվել է նաև 26 բողոք, բայց թե ինչին են դրանք վերաբերել, ՊԵԿ լրատվականը չի մեկնաբանել:
Փաստորեն, ստացվում է, որ համակարգը ներդնելուց հետո մոտ 100 անգամ ավելացել է «Թեժ գծին» դիմողների թիվը: Անշուշտ դժվար է ասել, թե այն որքանով է օգնում համակարգի առողջացմանը կամ կեղծիքների բացահայտմանը, բայց ընդգծենք, որ քիչ չեն դեպքերը, երբ համակարգի գերծանրաբեռնվածության պատճառով հնարավոր չի լինում բողոքը տեղ հասցնել, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ այս համակարգի առողջացման համար դեռ երկար ժամանակ կպահանջվի:
