«Արմեն Չարչյանի գործում մեղադրական դատավճիռ կայացնելու որևէ ապացուցման շեմ հաղթահարված չի. չկա դա ուղղակի»,- այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին, «Քանաքեռ Զեյթուն» ԲԿ-ի մոտ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, իրավաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

«Այս պայմաններում մարդուն կալանքի տակ սենց ֆետիշացված ձևովպահելը իրավունքի հետ առնչություն չունի: Իրավաբանությունը սրա մասին չէ: Իրավաբանությունը նրա մասին է, որ կալանավորումը ծայրահեղ միջոցն է, երբ ոչ մի այլ միջոցով հնարավոր չէ անձի պատշաճ վարքագիծ ապահովել: Ես ինձ այդ հարցն եմ հաճախ տալիս. նժարի վրա ի՞նչ շահ է դրված, որ ավելի կարևոր լինի, քան մարդու կյանքը, վաստակը, առողջությունը: Սա կարող է լինել վրեժխնդրություն, կարող է լինել բռնապետական ռեժիմի դրսևորման ամենադասական իրավիճակներից մեկը: Սա վախեցնող մթնոլորտ է: Ես ցավ եմ ապրում, որ ունենք նման տոտալ անգործության մատնված իրավական համակարգ»,- ասաց նա:

Վարդևանյանն ասաց, որ Արմեն Չարչյանը երեկ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվել է գրեթե ուշագնաց լինելու պայմաններում. «Սա խոշտանգում է: Զարմանալի է, թե նման պայմաններում ինչ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի մասին ենք խոսում, ինչ մակարդակի դատախազության մասին ենք խոսում»:

Հարցին, թե որոնք են լինելու իրենց գործողությունները, ԱԺ պատգամավորը պատասխանեց. «Գործողություններ կան, որոնց մասին դեռեւս չենք բարձրաձայնում: Կփորձենք այս իրավիճակները միջազգային հանրությանը ևս ներկայացնել: Տեղյակ եմ, որ բժշկակական հանձնաժողով ձևավորելու և փորձաքննություն իրականացնելու մասով ևս գործողություններ կատարվում են»:
