Կապիտուլիանտը վերահաստատեց իր պնդումը, որ կատարելու է Թուրքիայի գլխավոր նախապայմանը՝ թյուրքական միջանցք է տրամադրելու Ադրբեջանին. թուրքագետ

Թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանն իր էջում անդրադարձել է կառավարության այսօրվա նիստին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հնչեցրած մտքերին՝ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու վերաբերյալ:

«Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը շարադրել էր այն նվաստացուցիչ ու պետականակործան նախապայմանները, որոնք Հայաստանը պետք է կատարի՝ Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների հաստատման դիմաց (մանրամասն այստեղ անդրադարձել եմ՝ https://www.facebook.com/varujeans/posts/10224359601447905։
Իսկ այսօր Հայաստանի դե ֆակտո թուրքամետ իշխանության ղեկավարը կառավարության նիստում Էրդողանի խոսքերն, ըստ էության, դրական որակեց՝ պնդելով, որ դրանցում տեսնում է «հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու, հայ-թուրքական երկաթուղին և ճանապարհները վերագործարկելու մասին խոսելու հնարավորություն»։ Շտապեմ ասել, որ թուրքական կողմում հայ-թուրքական երկաթուղին գործարկելու մասին ոչ միայն խոսք չկա, այլև չկա անհրաժեշտություն այն գործարկելու։ Թուրքիան նոր երկաթուղի է կառուցում, որը միանալու է հարավում նախիջևանյան երկաթուղու հետ՝ Սյունիքի միջանցքով ձգվելով դեպի Ադրբեջան (կից քարտեզում երևում է այդ նոր երթուղին)։

 

Ավելին, կապիտուլիանտն այսօր իր խոսքում ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեց իր պնդումը, որ կատարելու է Թուրքիայի գլխավոր նախապայմանը՝ թյուրքական միջանցք է տրամադրելու Ադրբեջանին. «Այստեղ մենք վճռական ենք ջանքեր գործադրել կոնկրետ արդյունքների համար՝ գիտակցելով, իհարկե, որ Ադրբեջանն էլ իր հերթին ակնկալում է հաղորդակցություն ստանալ իր արևմտյան շրջանների և Նախիջևանի միջև»։
Հասկանալով, որ «միջանցքը» վատ է հնչում, հատուկ կարգավիճակ ունեցող այդ ճանապարհը ՀՀ դե ֆակտո իշխանությունը կոչում է պարզապես «ուղիղ հաղորդակցություն»։ Ճիշտ «օլիգարխ»-«խոշոր սեփականատեր» բառախաղի նման։
Ըստ այդմ, կառավարության ուղեգիծը հստակ է. Հայաստանը պետք է դառնա Թուրքիայից կախյալ կիսապետություն, կամ, հենց թուրքական բառերով, «մշակութային ինքնավարություն»։
Ու կդառնա, եթե այս ամենը չկասեցվի։
