Եվրամիությունը կորոնավիրուսի դեմ լիովին պատվաստել Է իր չափահաս քաղաքացիների 70 տոկոսին: Օգոստոսի 31-ին այդ մասին Twitter-ում գրել Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լյայենը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

«Եվրամիությունում չափահասների 70 տոկոսը լիվին պատվաստված Է: Ես ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել բազմաթիվ մարդկանց, ովքեր այդ նվաճումը հնարավոր դարձրեցին»,- գրել Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավարը: Եվրամիության երկրները մտադիր են շարունակել չափահաս բնակչության պատվաստումը, ամռան սկզբից Միության երկրներում նաև սկսվել Է պատվաստման արշավը 12 տարեկանից բարձր երեխաների համար:

Եվրահանձնաժողովը Եվրամիությունում պատվաստման արշավի սկզբից նպատակ Էր դրել COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստել Միության երկրների չափահաս բնակչության 70 տոկոսին, սակայն այդ խնդրի կատարման ժամկետները տարբեր ժամանակներում տարբեր են հնչել:

Այս տարվա հունվարին այդ խնդիրն առաջարկվում Էր կատարել «մինչև ամառ», փետրվարի վերջին, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ արևմտյան դեղագործական ըներությունները չեն կարողանում կատարել Եվրամիության երկրներին պատվաստանյութի մատակարարումների պարտավորագրերը, Եվրահանձնաժողովն սկսեց ասել «ամռան ընթացքում», մարտ ամսին, երբ պատվաստանյութի մատակարարումների ճգնաժամը հասավ ամենամեծ թափին, ժամկետները փոխադրվեցին «ամռան վերջ»:
