Ձերբակալվել է համագյուղացու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով

2021թ. օգոստոսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 12.15-ին, «Արտաշատ ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ մարմնի 1-3-րդ աստիճանի այրվածք (30-ից 40 տոկոս), ձախ արմնկային շրջանի պատռած վերք ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է ընդունվել 61-ամյա տղամարդ, ով հայտարարել է, որ ընկել է իրենց տան թոնրի մեջ:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու՝ նշված վնասվածքներն ստանալու իրական հանգամանքները, դեպքի վայրը։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նշված օրը՝ ժամը 11.30-ի սահմաններում, Արարատի մարզի Նորաշեն -Քաղցրաշեն գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհին, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել է Նորաշեն գյուղի 61-ամյա բնակչի և համագյուղացու միջև, որի ընթացքում վերջինս դանակով հարվածել է նրա ձախ ձեռքին, այնուհետև բենզինը լցրել է վրան ու այրել, սակայն հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի կարողացել հասցնել, քանի որ տուժողը հասցրել է հեռանալ դեպքի վայրից, որից հետո տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց և բուժօգնություն ստացել։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի ավյրի զննություն, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։
