Հայաստանը պետք է հարաբերություններ կարգավորի Թուրքիայի հետ, սակայն դա երբեք չպետք է լինի մեր ազգային ու պետական շահերի հաշվին, ինչպես որ հիմա է. թուրքագետ

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանն այսօր օդանավում ավանդական մամուլի ասուլիսն է տվել թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներին, որի ընթացքում անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի հետ Թուրքիայի հարաբերություններին։
Եթե մի կողմ դնենք դիվանագիտական լղոզված ձևակերպումները, ապա ըստ էության նա վերաշարադրել է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման իրենց թելադրած նախապայմանները.
◾ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը պետք է հիմնված լինի տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքի ճանաչման վրա, այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը պետք է ճանաչի Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը;
◾ ոչ վաղ անցյալի պատմությունը չպետք է լինի խոչընդոտ, միակողմանի մեղադրանքների փոխարեն դեպի ապագան նայող մոտեցումներ պետք է լինեն, այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը պետք է դադարի Թուրքիային մեղադրել Հայոց ցեղասպանության և 20-րդ և 21-րդ դարերի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի հետ միասին գործած հանցագործությունների մեջ;
◾ Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի հետ պետք է կնքի խաղաղության պայմանագիր, այսինքն՝ լիարժեք հրաժարվի Արցախից;
◾ պետք է կատարվեն նոյեմբերի 9-ի պարտավորությունները, այսինքն՝ բացվի Սյունիքի «Թյուրքական միջանցքը»։


Ահա սրանք են Թուրքիայի կողմից մեզ առաջադրվող նախապայմանները, որոնց կատարման դեպքում Թուրքիան դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ կհաստատի Հայաստանի հետ և հնարավոր է՝ բացի իր կողմից միակողմանիորեն փակված հայ-թուրքական սահմանը։
Հաշվի առնելով վերջին օրերին ՀՀ դե ֆակտո իշխանության և դրա պարագլուխ կապիտուլիանտի հայտարարությունները Թուրքիայից անհասկանալի դրական ազդակների մասին, ինչպես նաև Էրդողանի կողմից այսօր արտահայտված «մեծ ցանկությունը, որ Հայաստանի նոր կառավարությունը տարածաշրջանի համար կլինի դրական գործոն», կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ եթե առաջիկայում հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններում լինի որևէ էական զարգացում, ապա կնշանակի, որ Հայաստանի դե ֆակտո իշխանությունը համաձայնել է վերոնշյալ նախապայմաններին։
Հայաստանը պետք է հարաբերություններ կարգավորի Թուրքիայի հետ, սակայն դա երբեք չպետք է լինի մեր ազգային ու պետական շահերի հաշվին, ինչպես որ հիմա է։
