Իշխանության շահի գերադասման եւ ընդդիմության բացակայության հետեւանքով

Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը մայիսի 23-ին Թբիլիսի կատարած այցի ընթացքում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Վրաստանի ղեկավարության հետ եւ խոսել երկու երկրների գործակցության հեռանկարների, Թուրքիայի համար թուրք-վրացական հարաբերության կարեւորության մասին:
Թուրքիան Վրաստանի հետ հարաբերությունը խորացնում է արդեն տեւական ժամանակ: Թուրքական տնտեսական ներկայությունը Վրաստանում բավական մեծ է: Այդ երկրում վարդերի հեղափոխությունից հետո նախագահ Սահակաշվիլին տնտեսական աշխուժացման համար նպաստավոր պայման ստեղծեց թուրքական ներդրումների համար, որոնք հատկապես մեծ ծավալ ունեն Աջարիայում, որը սահմանակից է Թուրքիային:
Սահակաշվիլիի համար դա միաժամանակ նաեւ լուծում էր քաղաքական խնդիր, Վրաստանը ռուսական ազդեցության գոտուց դուրս բերելու համար: Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի ներդրումները Վրաստանի տնտեսական անկախության գրավական էին:
Մյուս կողմից, տարիների ընթացքում Վրաստանի համար զգալի դարձավ արդեն թուրք-ադրբեջանական քաղաքական ազդեցության խնդիրը: Այդ առումով ամենեւին պատահական չէ, որ Վրաստանի 2012 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո նոր վարչապետ Իվանիշվիլին կասկածի տակ դրեց Կարս-Ախալքալակ-Բաքու երկաթուղու նախագծի նպատակահարմարությունը: Հետո իհարկե Ադրբեջան այցի արդյունքում կողմերը պայմանավորվեցին, բայց միտումը հատկանշական էր:
