Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հեռանալը ՀՀ գյուղերից և համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներից այլ ընտրանք չունի. ՀՀ ՄԻՊ

ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը գրում է.
«Ադրբեջանական երեկվա կրակոցները Կութ գյուղի տներից մեկի պատը վնասել են բակում կանգնած երեխայի անմիջապես հարևանությամբ: Այդ նշանառու կրակոցների պահին տան բակում են գտնվել տարեցներ ու երեխաներ: Տան մեջ այդ պահին եղել են նաև մանկահասակ երեխաներ:

Մասնավորապես, օգոստոսի 27-ին (երեկ)` ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերն նշանառու ինտենսիվ կրակահերթ են սկսել ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ գյուղի քաղաքացիական տների վրա՝ ուղիղ թիրախավորելով քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը:

Կրակոցների արդյունքում վնասվել է 10-ից ավելի տուն՝ տանիքներ ու պատեր, որոնց վրա ոչ միայն կրակոցների հետքերն են, այլ նաև պատերի մեջ կան պարկուճներ:
Կրակոցները եղել են տարբեր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներով ու դադարել են ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում: Հրապարակվում է մի քանի լուսանկար, որոնցից մեկն էլ ցույց է տալիս, թե կոնկրետ որ ուղղությունից են արձակվել կրակոցները:

Այս կրակոցները բացահայտ խախտում են մարդկանց կյանքի ու սեփականության իրավունքը, խաթարում են քաղաքացիական բնակչության, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների, կանանց, տարեցների անվտանգությունը, նրանց խաղաղ ու բնականոն կյանքը:

Երեկվա դեպքը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հեռանալը ՀՀ գյուղերից և համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներից այլ ընտրանք չունի: Միայն սա կարող է երաշխավորել ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները, ապահովել մարդկանց խաղաղ ու անվտանգ կյանքը:
