ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնակատարն այցելել է Սյունիքի, Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի դատարաններ (տեսանյութ)

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը շարունակում է մարզային շրջայցերը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԲԴԽ-ից։

Այս անգամ Խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնակատարն այցելեց Վայքի, Սիսիանի, Գորիսի և Կապանի դատարաններ:

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Վայքի նստավայրում վերջերս, ԲԴԽ որոշմամբ, Սննանկության գործերով դատարանի երկու դատավորի նստավայր է սահմանվել: Այստեղ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանին ներկայացվեցին նորանշանակ դատավորների առջև ծառացած խնդիրները, որոնք առավելապես վերաբերում էին տեխնիկական և գույքային պարագաներով համալրմանը:

Իրավիճակն այլ էր Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Սիսիանի նստավայրում. շենքն անմխիթար վիճակում էր գտնվում, դատական կարգադրիչների ծառայության իրականացման համար պայմաններ բացարձակապես չկային: «Այս մարզում ամենախայտառակ վիճակը Սիսիանի դատարանի շենքի խնդիրն է, բայց այդտեղ այդ շենքը վերանորոգելը, կահույք փոխելը իմաստ չունի, որովհետև շատ սուղ շենքային պայմաններ ունի: Դատական կարգադիրչները, թող ներեն ինձ, բայց ձերբակալման խուցը շատ ավելի լավ է, քան թե կարգադրիչների սենյակը:

Մեր հույսը  ՊՆ-ի հաշվեկշռում գտնվող դիմացի շենքն է, որտեղից, եթե մենք 500 մետր վերցնենք, վերանորոգենք, ինձ թվում է Սիսիանի շենքի համար բավական է»,-ասաց Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը:

Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Գորիսի նստավայրում շենքային պայմանները բարվոք էին, աշխատակիցներն ունեին որոշ տեխնիկական և գույքային պարագաների համալրման անհրաժեշտություն:

Մարզային հանդիպումն ամփոփվեց Սյունիքի մարզկետրոնում՝ Կապան քաղաքի դատարանում: Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը դատարանի աշխատակազմին տեղեկացրեց դատական համակարգում սպասվող բարեփոխումների, ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումների մասին։
