Իրանը հույս ունի, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային խնդիրները կլուծվեն խաղաղ մթնոլորտում․ ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ դեսպանություն

Պաշտոնական Թեհրանը հուսով է, որ Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանամերձ գոտիներում և հատկապես Կապան-Գորիս ճանապարհային հատվածում առաջացած վերջին տարաձայնությունները կկարգավորեն այնպես, որ չի խափանվի տրանսպորտային ուղիների վերաբացման և ապաշրջափակման նպատակի իրագործումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են Հայաստանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության (ԻԻՀ) դեսպանությունից:

Իրանի դեսպանատնից ասել են, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև նոր սահմանազատման հարցի՝ օրակարգ մտնելուց ի վեր Իրանը լիահույս է եղել, որ կողմերը հրատապ կերպով կհասնեն այնպիսի փոխընդունելի լուծման, որը կապահովի Հայաստանի և իր հարևանների միջև հարաբերությունների բնականոն ընթացքը՝ նվազագույն հետևանքներով:

Նաև հիշեցրել են են, որ տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցության ուղիների վերաբացման և ապաշրջափակման հարցը եղել է Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան ձևաչափով ընդունված եռակողմ հայտարարությունների հիմնական կետերից մեկը:

 

Թեհրանը հուսով է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ընդհանուր սահմանազատման հետ կապված տարաձայնությունները կլուծվեն խաղաղ մթնոլորտում՝ առանց որևէ լարվածության կամ խափանման հաղորդակցության ուղիներում:

 

«Հուսով ենք, որ կողմերը՝ Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանամերձ գոտիներում և հատկապես Կապան-Գորիս ճանապարհային հատվածում առաջացած վերջին տարաձայնությունները կկարգավորեն այնպես, որ չի խափանվի տրանսպորտային ուղիների վերաբացման և ապաշրջափակման նպատակի իրագործումը:

Ցավոք, վերջին երկու օրերի ընթացքում ականատես ենք լինում այն բանին, որ Սյունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունների հետևանքով այս ճանապարհով երթևեկությունը խաթարվել է, ինչը խնդիրներ է առաջացրել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիական բնակչության բնականոն կյանքի համար, այլև Իրանից Հայաստան բեռնափոխադրում իրականացնող մի շարք իրանական բեռնատարների համար:

 Այս ճանապարհի 21 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածում առկա իրավիճակի բարդությունից ելնելով՝ պահանջվում է, որ կողմերը բարիդրացիության սկզբունքի շրջանակներում ջանքեր գործադրեն՝ հաղորդակցության և երթևեկության բնականոն ընթացքը ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, մինչև այս առումով ճշգրիտ և կոնկրետ իրավիճակի հասնելը:

Հետևաբար, մենք դեռ հույս ունենք, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ընդհանուր սահմանազատման հետ կապված տարաձայնությունները կլուծվեն խաղաղ մթնոլորտում՝ առանց որևէ լարվածության կամ խափանման հաղորդակցության ուղիներում», - նշված է Իրանի դեսպանության պատասխան նամակում:
