ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում այսօր որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող` Խորհրդային Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետությունների Միության ժողովրդական արտիստ, ժողովրդական նկարիչ և ժողովրդական ճարտարապետ կոչումներին արժանացած անձանց համար սահմանված 40000 դրամին ավելացնել ևս 60000 դրամ։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն:

Համապատասխան փոփոխություն է կատարվել ՀՀ «Ժողովրդական» պատվավոր կոչման համար ամենամսյա պատվովճար տալու կարգը և դրա չափը սահմանելու մասին որոշման մեջ։ Որոշման ընդունման նպատակն է ապահովել համընդհանուր ճանաչում ունեցող, արվեuտի զարգացման գործում մեծ և բացառիկ վաuտակի համար պատ­վավոր կոչման արժանացած անձանց ամենամսյա պատվովճարի տրամադրումը:

Համաձայն որոշման հիմնավորման՝ մշակույթի ոլորտում տասնամյակներ շարունակ կուտակվել են արվեստագետների սոցիալական վիճակին առնչվող լրջագույն խնդիրներ: Դրանց շարքում հատկապես խոցելի են ինքնազբաղ արվեստագետները և կենսաթոշակառու գործիչները, որոնք տասնամյակներ շարունակ առանց զգալի ֆինանսական եկամուտների և հաճախ զուրկ լինելով սոցիալական երաշխիքներից՝ անձնվիրաբար ծառայել են Հայաստանի մշակութային կյանքի պահպանման և զարգացման գործին:
