Կառավարության ծրագրում բացակայում է «Արցախի Հանրապետություն» եզրույթը, դա ձեր քաղաքականությո՞ւնն է, թե ՞ որևէ այլ պայմաններում է դուրս մնացել կառավարության ծրագրից. Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ իշխանությանը

Կառավարության ծրագրի նախաբանում նշվում է, որ ՀՀ-ի և տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելը Կառավարության ստանձնած մեծագույն առաքելությունն է: Միաժամանակ նշվում է, որ այս խնդրի լուծումը միայն կախված չէ Հայաստանից: Ասել, որ դա մեզանից կախված չէ, ցույց է տալիս Կառավարության ծրագրում առկա հակասությունը: Այս մասին ԱԺ ելույթի ժամանակ ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Սա կիրառվում էր որպես ընտրական տեխնոլոգիա: Հանրությանը ներկայացվում էր խաղաղություն  բերելու մոտեցում, բայց իրականում սրա մեջ մանիպուլյացիոն գործոնը շատ մեծ է»,- ասաց նա:

Աբրահամյանը հիշեցրեց, որ պատերազմի սպառնալիքի ներքո Ադրբեջանին են հանձնվել տարածքներ, որոնք փաստաթղթով նախատեսված չեն եղել.

«Ադրբեջանը օգտագործելու է այդ նախադեպը և Հայաստանին պարտադրելու է իր օրակարգը՝ Հայաստանից նոր տարածքներ խլելու համար: Արդյոք գործող իշխանությունը օգտագործելու է «նախկինների» ստեղծած մոտեցումը և հետագա բոլոր ձախողումները բարդելու է նրանց վրա: Կառավարության պատասխանատվության հարցը շարունակվում է առկախված մնալ»:

Աբրահամյանը ընդգծեց, որ կառավարության ծրագրում բացակայում է «Արցախի Հանրապետություն» եզրույթը.

«Դա ձեր քաղաքականությո ՞ւն է, դա որևէ այլ պայմաններում է դուրս մնացել կառավարության ծրագրից, թե՞ դա մտածելակերպ է: Կարգավիճակի հետ կապված ամրագրումը կա կառավարության ծրագրում, բայց մենք տեսնում ենք, որ միջազգային օրակարգում կարգավիճակի հետ կապված որևէ հարց առաջին պլան բերված չէ: Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր շփումներ ունեն արցախցիների հետ, պետք է տեղյակ լինեն, որ կարգավիճակի հետ կապված հարցը արցախցիներին հուզող թիվ մեկ խնդիրն է»:
