Կառավարության ծրագրում գեղեցիկ պատկերացումների շարան կա մարդու իրավուքնների պաշտպանության գլխում: Մինչ մենք ԱԺ ոչ լիագումար նիստերի ժամանակ քննարկում էինք այս ծրագիրը, ֆիզիկայի գիտավանում բիրտ ուժ կիրառվեց մի խումբ երիտասարդների և երեխաների նկատմամբ: Այս մասին ԱԺ ամբիոնից ելույթի ժամանակ ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը:

«Կառավարությունը մի կողմից հռչակում է մարդու իրավունքների մասին անբեկանելի թեզեր, մյուս կողմից ոտնահարում մարդկանց իրավունքները: Հենց երեկ ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցավ բոլոր իմաստներով աննախադեպ միջադեպ, որովհետև երբեք որևէ կին պատգամավորի քաշքշելով, բռնությամբ իր արտահայտած խոսքի համար չեն հեռացրել դահլիճից: Ինձ համար շատ անհասկանալի էր ՊՊԾ պետ Սարգիս Հովհաննիսյանի ագրեսիվ վարքագիծը, որին ես միշտ համարել եմ պարկեշտ սպա»,- ասաց Թովմասյանը:

Դիմելով իշխանական պատգամավորներին՝ Թովմասյանը հորդորեց քաղաքական խոսքի նկատմամբ հանդուժող լինել:

«Դուք իշխանություն եք և պարտավոր եք լսել քննադատություն: Այս դահլիճում ընդունվել են տարբեր օրենքներ, որոնք կարող են ապահովագրել պատգամավորներին: Ստացվում է՝ մենք մի կողմից օրենք ենք ընդունում, մյուս կողմից բռունցնքերով ենք հարցեր լուծում»,- ասաց նա:

Պատգամավորը շեշտեց՝ անընդունելի է, երբ տարիքով երիտասարդ պատգամավորները քննադատում են պատմություն և կեսագրություն ունեցող պատգամավորներին, հատկապես, երբ դա անում են վիրավորական բառերով.

«Բոլորը մեզ են նայում, 2 օր է՝ քաղաքացիները մեր մասին շատ վատ կարծիք են ձևավորում, մեր խորհրդարանը ամբոջությամբ դեռ չի էլ ձևավորվել, վստահաբար մենք սրա համար չենք այստեղ հավաքվել: Մենք առաջնային մանդատով օժտված պատգամավորներ ենք, պետք է հարգենք քաղաքացու քվեն: Հիմա մենք ինչ ենք ցույց տալու քաղաքացուն, որ մենք պետք է իրար անընդհատ ծեծենք, թե որ տղամարդիկ կանանց ներկայությամբ հայհոյեն»:
