Մայիսի 11-ից Գեղարքունիքի մարզում են գտնվում ադրբեջանական զինուժի ներկայացուցիչները, և մի շարք բնակավայրերի ջրամատակարարումն ապահովող ջրամբարն այժմ գտնվում է ադրբեջանական կողմի վերահսկողության տակ, այլընտրանքային ինչ-որ բան մշակվե՞լ է: ԱԺ հերթական նիստի ընթացքում, դիմելով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, հարցրեց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը:

Հաջորդիվ պատգամավորը հայտարարեց՝ Կութ համայնքից ադրբեջանական զինուժի ներկայացուցիչները մոտ 80 գլուխ անասուն են հափշտակել: «Մենք հիմա Կառավարության ծրագիրն ենք քննարկում, խոստումներ և տեսլական ենք ներկայացնում, բայց տարրական անվտանգային ու մարդկանց կյանքի իրավունքը չենք կարողանում պահպանել, չենք կարողանում սեփականության իրավունքը պահպանել»,-ասաց նա:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց՝ հակամարտության ողջ ընթացքում հազարավոր գլուխ անասուններ են հափշտակվել, հարյուրավոր քրգործեր են հարուցվել, որոնց մի մասը չի բացահայտվել, հազարավոր տներ, ենթակառուցվածքներ են վնասվել: «Երբ մենք խոսում ենք տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու մասին, խոսում ենք նաև այդ օրակարգն սպասարկելու մասին»,-ասաց նա՝ ներկայացնելով Տավուշի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում կատարած աշխատաննքերն ու ընդգծելով, թե աշխատանքներ կատարվելու են նաև մյուս բոլոր սահմանամերձ ու սահմանապահ բնակավայրերում:

Թագուհի Թովմասյանը, օգտվելով արձագանքի հնարավարությունից, վարչապետին ներկայացրեց նաև ԱԺ-ում աշխատող լրագրողների բողոքը, որոնք այսօր ԱԺ օթյակում ակցիա են իրականացրել՝ սահմանափակումների վերացման պահանջով:
