Tert.am-ը հրապարակում է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ, ԱԺ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանի՝ «Արյունոտ ձեռքերով խաղաղություն չեն բերում» վերտառությամբ հոդվածը:

Տեղեկանալով, որ այսօր ԱԺ-ում ներկայացվելու է կառավարության ծրագիրը, հերոս տղերքից մեկի հայրը հանդիպեց ինձ, իր հետ բերելով որդու արնաշաղախ զինգրքույկը, խնդրելով այն ինձ հետ տանել ԱԺ, ցուցադրել նրան, ով մեր երկիր պատերազմ եւ պարտություն բերեց ու հարցնել՝ Արցախում մեր տղերքի արյունն է թափվել, դու պատասխանատվության ու մեղքի զգացո՞ւմ ունես, ու ինչպե՞ս ես այսքանից հետո մնում այս պաշտոնում։

Ես այսօր պարտության ճարտարապետի ներկայությամբ ԱԺ-ում չէի կարող լինել, քանի որ մեր հերոս տղերքի ծնողների մեծամասնության հավանությունը չունեի, այդ իսկ պատճառով հարցը խնդրել եմ հնչեցնել իմ գործըներոջը, իսկ հիմա արձանագրում եմ, որ այն օրը, երբ հերոս տղերքից մեկի մարմինը տասն ամիս անատոմիկներից մեկում պահելուց հետո են միայն հարկ համարել հանձնել ընտանիքին, մեր երկիր աղետ բերած անձնավորությունը հայտարարում է, թե խաղաղություն է կառուցելու, կարծես խաղաղությանը մեր հրաշք տղերքն էին խանգարում։

Նա ասում է, թե հայկական կողմն ունի մոտ 3 հազար 700 զոհ։ Ի վերջո կողմնորոշվեք, թե ինչ թիվ եք հրապարակում։ Ամեն անգամ նոր ու անհասկանալի թվեր եք հրապարակում՝ նորից ու նորից ցավ պատճառելով զոհերի եւ անհետ կորած տղերքի ծնողներին, հարազատներին։ Խոսում է Արցախի զարգացման մասին՝ խուսափելով Արցախի Հանրապետություն ձեւակերպումից։

Խաղաղությունից խոսում է մի մարդ, ով, ասելով, թե ոնց ուզում բանակցում է, սկսում է իր բանակցային կետից, բացականչելով Արցախը Հայաստան է եւ վերջ՝ մեր տուն, մեր երկիր արյուն եւ պարտություն բերեց։

Նա այս ամենին վերաբերում է սովորական սերիալի, որի հերոսն առաջին եթերաշրջանում ավերում է երկիրը, իսկ երկրորդում ժողովրդին ասում, թե թույլ տվեք վերականգնել եւ զարգացնել երկիրը։

Իրականում ներկայացված ծրագիրը չէ խնդիրը։ Այնտեղ գուցե հրաշալի ձեւակերպումներ եւ լավ նախաձեռնություններ կան, բայց խնդիրների խնդիրն այն է, որ պարտության ճարտարապետի գլխավորությամբ մեզ մոտ ոչ մի հաջողություն չի կարող լինել։ Պարտված դեմքով երկիրը չի կարող հաջողություն արձանագրել։

Առնվազն հինգ հարյուր ուժայինի ուղեկցությամբ Ազգային ժողովում տեղաշարժվող անձը չի կարող զարգացում եւ խաղաղություն բերել։ Նա կարող է միայն վախերի եւ նրա տարածման ծրագիր ներկայացնել։

Առկա իրողությունները հուշում են, աղաղակում են, որ այս կառավարությունը ոչ միայն հնգամյա, այլ անգամ հնգամսյա ծրագիր ներկայացնելու ռեսուրս չունի։
