Տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիաների բացման թեման որոշակի ռիսկեր պարունակում է Հայաստանի պետական շահերի համար․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստին, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է ներկայացներ կառավարչության ծրագիրը, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Սեյրան Օհանյանը վարման կարգով նշեց, որ իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնում ապօրինի անազատության մեջ գտնվող գործընկերներին և պահանջում են ԱԺ ղեկավարությունից ապահովել պատգմավորների բնականոն գործընթացը, և խմբակցությունները համապատասխան հայտարարություն անեն, և  գլխավոր դատախազը գա ԱԺ և բացատրություն տա։

Նույն խմբակցությունից Գեղամ Մանուկյանը վարման կարգով ավելացրեց, թե ինչու են մասնակցում Կառավարության ծրագրին։ «Այս իշխանությունը, վարչապետի աթոռը զբաղեցնողը հողատու  և դավաճան են, բայց այս ծրագրի քննարկմանը մասնակցելու ենք, որ ամբողջովին քողազրկենք»,–ասաց նա։

Այսպիսով` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրեց Կառավարության ծրագիրը։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր կուսակցությունը, նրա ձևավորած կառավարությունը Հայաստանում օրենքի և իրավունքի դիկտատուրա հաստատելու մանդատ է ստացել ժողովրդից և անշեղորեն կյանքի է կոչելու այդ մանդատը։ Հայաստանի և տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելը, այնուամենայնիվ, արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով ժողովրդի առաջ կառավարության ստանձնած մեծագույն առաքելությունն է։ Կառավարությունը գիտակցում է, որ այդ խնդրի լուծումը միայն ՀՀ-ից կախված չէ, այլ տարածքաշրջանի մյուս երկրների կեցվածքից և ցանկությունից»,–ասաց նա՝  ներկայացնելով կառավարության նախաբանը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտեց, որ ո՛չ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության, ո՛չ հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարության մեջ որևէ արտահայտություն, հղում, ձևակերպում չկա Հայաստանի տարածքով միջանցքի ստեղծման մասին։ «Խոսքը ուրիշ բանի մասին է, ինչպես Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի տարածով պետք է ճանապարհ ստանա Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի հետ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության համար, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի տարածքով պետք է ճանապարհ ստանա իր արևմտյան շրջանների, Նախիջևանի հետ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության համար։ Այդ մասին մի քանի անգամ խոսելու առիթ ունեցել ենք, բայց չենք հերքել և չենք հերքում, որ տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիաների բացման թեման որոշակի ռիսկեր պարունակում է  Հայաստանի պետական շահերի համար, և սրա է պատճառը, որ կառավարության ծրագրում նշել ենք, որ ապաշրջափակումը պետք է լինի Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններից մեկը, միաժամանակ այս գործընթացը չի կարող ունենալ Հայաստանի և Արցախի այլ անվտանգային շահերի հաշվին»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այդ գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ միայն Հայաստանի շահերի հաշվառմամբ։ Նա խոսեց նաև թշնամանքի ավարտի մասին և համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ այն քննադատվելու է։
