Ադրբեջանի հետ անհրաժեշտ է օր առաջ սկսել սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքները․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Կառավարությունը համոզված է, որ տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղության, կայունության, անվտանգության և տնտեսական զարգացման համար առանցքային է սահմանակից երկրների հետ բնականոն հարաբերությունների հաստատումը և կամ զարգացումը։ Այս մասին այսօր Ազգային ժողովում, ներկայացնելով կառավարության ծրագիրը, ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատումը և սահմանագծումը էական նշանակություն կունենան տարածաշրջանում կայուն միջավայրի ձևավորման համար»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ մենք սահմանային ճշգրտման խնդիր ունենք նախկին Խորհրդային Միության մաս կազմող երկրների հետ։

«Ադրբեջանի հետ անհրաժեշտ է օր առաջ սկսել սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքները, և ցավում եմ, որ ներքաղաքական աղմուկի  պատճառով գարնանը հնարավոր չեղավ հասնել նախանշված լուծումներին»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այսօր անկանոն իրավիճակը մի շարք սահմանային հատվածներում խոչընդոտ է դա մեկնարկելու համար։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատեց, որ ՌԴ–ի խաղաղապահների դեմ Ադրբեջանում հուժկու հակաքարոզչություն է գեներացվում և գործողություններ են արվում։

Փաշինյանը նկատեց, որ պատերազմի հանգամանքների պարզաբանելը հանրային հստակ պահանջ է և նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումները կառավարության օրակարգում են։ Նա շեշտեց, որ ՀՀ–ն, ինչպես ցանկացած խաղաղասեր պետություն, զինված ուժերը բարեփոխելու է ոչ թե ագրեսիայի համար,  այլ ագրեսիայից պաշտպանվելու համար։ «ՀՀ–ն տարածքներ նվաճելու, պատերազմ սկսելու ոչ մի մտադրություն չունի»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ ՀՀ–ն աստիճանաբար անցում կկատարի պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի։

«Պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակ ասելով՝ մենք նկատի ունենք, որ զինվորը զինվոր է օր, ժամ, շաբաթը յոթ օր, տարվա մեջ 12 ամիս, իսկ սահմանի պաշտպանությունը պետք է վերապահվի սահմանային զորքերին։  Իսկ զինվորը պետք է գտնվի մշտական տեղակայման վայրում իր աշխատանքային ժամին և զբաղված լինի պատրաստականությամբ։ Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ զինծառայությունը ունենա պատշաճ գրավչություն և խոսքը ոչ միայն աշխատավարձերի, այլ սոցիալական երաշխիքների վստահելի համակարգ ստեղծելու մասին է»,–ասաց նա։
