Աշխարհը մոտենում է վտանգավոր եզրագծին․ բոլոր պետությունների ու ժողովուրդների հորդորը գերտերություններին պետք է լինի՝ մի կողմ դնել աշխարհի նոր բաժանման ծրագրերը․ Վարդան Խաչատրյան

«Միացյալ Հայաստան» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Վարդան Խաչատրյանը գրում է․ «Խոսելով հայ ազգի համար այօր կարևորագույն խնդրի մասին, պետք է շեշտել, որ դա հասարակության միասնականության վերականգնումն է։ Վերջին ընտրությունները բացահայտեցին հակամարտող ուժերի կողմից մեր հասարակությունը պառակտելու և իրար հակադրելու գործնթաց, որը ստեղծել է տառացիորեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության կենսական շահերին հակասող իրավիճակ։

Փաստենք, որ միատարրության որոշ որակներից ելնելով (էթնիկական, լեզվական, մշակութային և պատմական) կարելի է վերը նշված նպատակը համայն հայության ջանքերով դժվարությամբ, բայց ի կատար ածել։

Լայն առումով դիտարկելիս, վերը նշված նպատակին հասնելու գլխավոր խոչընդոտը, թերևս արդի աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներն են, որոնք ծավալվում են մեր շուրջ և խորը ազդեցություն ունեն՝ ինչպես մեր պետության ներքին կյանքի, այնպես էլ՝ աշխարհասփյուռ հայության վրա։

 

Այսօր համընդհանուր քաղաքական լարվածությունը պայմանավորված է գլխավոր քաղաքական ակտորների՝ գերտերություններից (ԱՄՆ, ՉԺՀ, ՌԴ) օրավուր սրվող հակամարտությամբ։ Նշենք, որ  ԱՄՆ-ն և ՉԺՀ-ն տնտեսական և քաղաքական առումով այսօր ունեն համամոլորակային ազդեցություն։

Ծայրահեղ կոշտ հռետորաբանությունը՝ հայտարարված ծրագրային թիրախները ( ս․թ․ Դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, 10-ին ԱՄՆ կոմից հայտարարված ժողովրդավարությունների համաժողովը, որին հրավիրված չեն ՉԺՀ-ն և ՌԴ-ն, բայց որպես առանձին միավոր հրավիրված է Թայվանի Հանրապետությունը) բերում են աշխարհի նոր կոշտ բաժանումների, գործընթացի մասնակիցներն են դառնում տարբեր կողմերից խոշորագույն երկրներ, ինչպիսիք են Ռուսաստանը, Հնդկաստանը, Ավստրալիան և ուրիշներ։

Այս սրացումը ոչ միայն անհամապատասխանության մեջ է բոլոր երկրի շահերին, այլև վտանգում է մարդ արարածի գոյությունը, որը որպես տեսակ երբևէ այսպիսի սպառնալիքների ներքո չի եղել։

«Քովիդ19» համավարակի նորանոր ալիքները վտանգավոր վիրուսային շտամի անընդհատ մուտացիան պատվաստանյութով հասարակական իմմունիտետի հասնելու խորտակված փորձերը (ինչպես Իսրայելում) խոսում են այն մասին, որ էկզիստենցիալ վտանգի դեմ պայքարը կարող է հաղթական լինել միայն մարդկության ողջ գիտական ներուժի մեկտեղմամբ։
