Արմեն Չարչյանը կալանավորվածի կարգավիճակում է՝ առանց որևէ պատշաճ իրավական հիմքի. այս իշխանության վարքագիծն է՝ մշտապես ապահովել իրավական ամենաթողության անգերազանցելի բարձունքներ. Վարդևանյան

«Իզմիրլյան» ԲԿ նախկին տնօրեն, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Չարչյանին առնչվող քրեական գործում որևէ նոր զարգացում տեղի չի ունեցել: Միակ զարգացումն այն էր, որ Չարչյանը մեկ ամսից ավելի ազատության մեջ էր, ստանձնել է պատգամավորի մանդատը: Այս մասին այսօր կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսին հայտարարեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդևանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Չարչյանին կրկին կալանավորելու որոշմանը:

«Այս երկու հանգամանքները, որոնք բացառում են կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց, այսօրվա դատական համակարգի համար ունեցել են 0 նշանակություն»,-նշեց պատգամավորը:

Ըստ Վարդևանյանի՝ տպավորություն կա, որ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության համար պատգամավորի անձեռնմխելիությունը էական նշանակություն ունի, ինչը, պատգամավորի խոսքով, բացարձակ այդպես չէ:

«Կարող եմ ասել՝ թող այդ անձեռնմխելիությունը վերացնեն Սահմանադրությունից, բայց աբսուրդ է, երբ այդ նորմը դարձել է գոյություն չունեցողին համարժեք՝ պարզապես դատախազների, քննիչների, դատախազների քմահաճույքներից ելնելով: Սա օրենսդիր իշխանության հեղինակությանը, համբավին ուղղակի միջամտող վարքագիծ է, որը նախկինում երբեք չի եղել»,-ասաց նա, ապա ընդգծեց՝ Արմեն Չարչյանն այժմ կալանավորվածի կարգավիճակում է՝ առանց որևէ պատշաճ իրավական հիմքի:

«Սա այս իշխանությունների վարքագծային դրսևորումներից է՝ մշտապես ապահովել իրավական ամենաթողության նոր, անգերազանցելի բարձունքներ: Ապագա քննիչներին, դատախազներին կասեն՝ ինչպիսին չպետք է լինեն գործերը, ինչպես է դատավորը արդարադատությունից հեռանում կամ առնչություն չի ունենում դրա հետ»,-ասաց Վարդևանյանը՝ ընդգծելով՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորին հնարավոր է ազատությունից զրկել միայն ԱԺ համաձայնությամբ:
