«Աղին համայնքի արոտօգտագործողների միավորում» սպառողական կոոպերատիվի նախագահին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակություն և փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Քննությամբ մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ «Աղին համայնքի արոտօգտագործողների միավորում» սպառողական կոոպերատիվի նախագահը, 2012թ. փետրվարի 13-ից մինչ օրս զբաղեցնելով հիշյալ պաշտոնը, «Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսերի կառավարման և մրցունակության» ծրագրի աշխատանքների կատարման շրջանակներում, 2013թ. փետրվարի 15-ին «Գյուղատնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկի հետ կնքել է պայմանագիր՝ Աղին համայնքում արոտավայրերի կառավարման և անասնապահության զարգացման նպատակով անասնակերի արտադրության վերաբերյալ:

Այնուհետև 2013 թ. մայիսին և սեպտեմբերին կոոպերատիվի նախագահը կազմել է իրավունք վերապահող բովանդակությամբ կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող վճարման տեղեկագրեր, որոնցում կեղծելով որպես սպառողական կոոպերատիվի անդամներ ձևականորեն ընդգրկված Աղին համայնքի բնակիչների ստորագրությունները, թե, իբր, տեղեկագրերում նշված անձինք անասնակերի արտադրության կազմակերպման նպատակով ստացել են «Գյուղատնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկի կողմից անասնակերի արտադրության համար հատկացվող գումարներ, նշված կոոպերատիվի հաշվեհամարին փոխանցված ընդհանուր 8.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարից խոշոր չափերով՝ 2.303.030 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը կանխիկացրել և յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է:
