Բացահայտվել է առանց պատվաստվելու «Covid-19»-ի դեմ պատվաստման հավաստագիր վաճառելու դեպք․ ԱԱԾ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ծառայողները ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ պաշտոնատար անձ չհանդիսացող, հանրային պաշտոն զբաղեցնող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Թիվ 5 պոլիկլինիկա» ՓԲ ընկերության վիրաբույժ Ա.Չ-ն իր մտերիմ Ն.Ն-ի օժանդակությամբ վերջինիս հետ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերած Տ.Մ-ի օգտին ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողության, այն է` առանց պատվաստվելու Տ.Մ-ին «Covid-19» համավարակի դեմ պատվաստման առաջին չափաբաժինը ստանալու վերաբերյալ սերտիֆիկատ տրամադրելու, իսկ այնուհետև երկու դեղաչափով պատվաստված լինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները ՀՀ-ում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական միասնական «ArMed.am» համակարգում զետեղելու համար 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 16-ին պահանջել է ապօրինի վարձատրություն, որից հետո` 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ին, իր աշխատասենյակում Տ.Մ-ից ստացել է նախապես պայմանավորված գումարը՝ միաժամանակ պայմանավորվելով վերջինիս հետ ևս ապօրինի վարձատրություն ստանալ՝ իբրև պատվաստանյութի երկրորդ չափաբաժինը ներարկվելու և պատվաստված լինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը էլեկտրոնային համակարգ մուտքագրելու համար հաջորդ այցելության ժամանակ, ինչից հետո հրահանգել է նույն պոլիկլինիկայի բուժքույր Գ.Գ-ին կազմել, հաստատել և իր ստորագրությամբ վավերացնել բովանդակությամբ կեղծ` «Covid-19» համավարակի դեմ պատվաստման առաջին չափաբաժինը ստանալու վերաբերյալ սերտիֆիկատը, որը վերջինս կազմել և օգտագործելու նպատակով հանձնել է Տ.Մ-ին:
