Մենք ենք տերն էս երկրի

Համացանցում իրական բում է առաջացրել մի հոլովակ, որտեղ տոնվում է հերթական, ենթադրում եմ էլիտար հարսանիքը: Եկեք համաձայնենք, որ միջին վիճակագրական հայաստանցին, չի կարող իրեն այդ շքեղությունը թույլ տալ և Արմենիա Մարիոթ հյուրանոցի դահլիճ վարձակալել: Բայց սա դեռ մի կողմ: Աբսուրդը և այդ ծեսի կուլմինացիան կայանում է այն հանգամանքի մեջ, որ փեսայի ընկերները, փորձելով անակնկալ մատուցել, ուղիղ հրապարակի մեջտեղում, դրած խորոված են անում: Հիշեցնենք, ոչ վաղ անցյալում, երբ տոնական օրերին, Գևորգ Սաֆարյանը փորձում էր տոնածառ տեղադրել Ազատության հրապարակում, ի դեպ ̀ տոնածառը պարզապես Ամանորի սիմվոլ է, այլ ոչ թե ` ալկոհոլով ուղեկցվող խորոված, նրան մի քանի տարով դատեցին, ասել կուզե ̀ ուղարկեցին վանդակավոր ճաղեր տեսնելու: Օրերից մի օր, երբ տողերիս հեղինակը պարզապես ուզում էր անցնել հրապարակի մեջտեղով, բերման ենթարկեցին մի քանի մեքենա ոստիկաններ կենտրոնացնելով:

Եկեք չքննարկենք խորոված անող տղաների, դրանով զմայլվող աղջիկների և կանանց պահվածքը: Այս դաշտը թողնենք մշակութաբաններին: Համոզված եմ, միայն այս դրվագը բավական է, ժամանակակից ոսկյա երիտասարդության մշակութային վարքագիծը նկարագրելու և մի քանի գիտական մենագրություն գրելու համար: Ինձ ավելի շուտ հուզում է ամենաթողությունը, որը տիրում է այս երկրում: Հասկանում ե՞ք, տղաներին կարող են առավելագույնը ենթարկել վարչական տույժի ` հասարակական կարգը խախտելու համար: Ավել ոչինչ, քրեածին որևէ արարք չկա: Սակայն պարզ է մոտեցումը: Ստացվում է, ցանկացած ոք, եթե ինքը ներկայացնում է որևէ բարձր խավ, կարող է հենց պետության կենտրոնում, կառավարության շենքի դիմաց, դնի ու ինչ ուզի անի: Իսկ այդ ընթացքում, մի կես ժամ կպահանջվի, մինչև մի ոստիկան հայտնվի ու հարց հղի, թե արդյո՞ք թույլտվություն ունեն: Մնում է այդ ոստիկանից պարզաբանել, թե ո՞ր կառույցն է թույլտվություն տալիս հրապարակի մեջտեղում խորոված անել կամ ասենք ընկերուհու հետ, մեծ էկրան դնել ու սիրային ինչ-որ ֆիլմ նայել:

Փաստացի, ոստիկանությունը մի կառույց է, որն սպասարկում է իշխող ավազակապետությանը: Դա մի կառույց է, որ սոցիալական բողոքի դուրս եկած քաղաքացուն ծեծելուց ու զոհված զինվորի մորը քարշ տալուց զատ, այլ բանի ընդունակ չէ: Չէ, կներեք, մի բան էլ է անում: Ընտրությունների ընթացքում ցուցակների ֆաքս է ուղարկում հանրապետականի շտաբներ: Ու այս բառադիապետության մեջ, այդ ամենը նորմալ է:
