Ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջին չենթարկված հետախուզվող 27-ամյա երիտասարդը հայտնաբերվել է․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ առերևույթ բռնություն գործադրելու և ուրիշի գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնասելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել էին դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Մասնավորապես՝ 2021թ. հուլիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ իրացնելիս, մոտեցել էին Երևան քաղաքի Հրաչյա Քոչար փողոցում գործող բենզալցակայանի մոտ կայանված, Երևան քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակչի կողմից վարվող «Մերսեդես-Բենս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ներկայանալով՝ ավտոմեքենայի սրահում գտնվող նշված երիտասարդից պահանջել իջնել ավտոմեքենայից, ինչին ի պատասխան, չենթարկվելով ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջին, նա իր կողմից վարվող ավտոմեքենայով դիտավորությամբ հարվածել էր ծառայություն իրականացնող, ՀՀ ոստիկանության օպերլիազորին պատկանող ավտոմեքենային, այնուհետև ավտոմեքենան վարել ճանապարհի կանգնած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ուղղությամբ, սակայն վերջիններս հասցրել էին փախչել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված և հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած 27-ամյա երիտասարդը հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 243.1-րդ հոդվածի 1.1 մասով: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը վերահաստատելու մասին, ինչը բավարարվել է:
