Գառնիկ Իսաղուլյանի կողմից սուտ մատնություն կատարելու և բռնություն գործադրելու կոչեր հնչեցնելու վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է․ ՀՔԾ

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ «Ազգային անվտանգություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Գառնիկ Իսաղուլյանը, գիտակցելով իր տրամադրած տեղեկատվության կեղծ լինելը, կատարել է սուտ մատնություն` ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց հանիրավի մեղադրելով առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների մեջ, ինչպես նաև հնչեցրել է ՀՀ վարչապետի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու հրապարակային կոչեր և բռնությունը հրապարակայնորեն արդարացրել: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՔԾ-ից։

Ըստ առաջադրված մեղադրանքի` Գառնիկ Իսաղուլյանը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 23-ին` «Հայելի» մամուլի ակումբում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ, գիտակցելով, որ իր կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկատվությունը կեղծ է, հայտնել է, թե իբր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և վերջինիս թիմի անդամները համագործակցել են Բաքվի ու ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ, Թուրքիայից ու Ադրբեջանից ստացել են 48 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար և նշված գումարով 2018թ.-ին ՀՀ-ում հեղափոխություն իրականացրել: Այդպիսով Գ. Իսաղուլյանը ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ ըստ էության մեղադրել է առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության՝ պետական դավաճանության մեջ՝ կատարելով սուտ մատնություն:

Բացի այդ, նույն ասուլիսի ժամանակ Գ. Իսաղուլյանը հայտնել է, թե իբր ՀՀ ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն իր նշանակած անձնագրային բաժանմունքների պետերի միջոցով 1400 հայկական անձնագրեր է բաժանել հայերենին տիրապետող ադրբեջանցիների, որից հետո վերջիններս մտել են Քաջարան և գնացել Արցախ: Այսինքն` գիտակցելով, որ իր կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկատվությունը կեղծ է, Գ. Իսաղուլյանը հարցազրույցի ընթացքում հայտնել է ևս մեկ չկատարված հանցագործության մասին` այդպիսով ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ մեղադրելով առանձապես ծանր հանցագործության՝ պետական դավաճանության մեջ:

Այնուհետև Գ. Իսաղուլյանը 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 13-ին  «168.am» լրատվական կայքում, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ «Հայելի» մամուլի ակումբում հրավիրված ասուլիսների ժամանակ, դարձյալ գիտակցելով, որ իր կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկատվությունը կեղծ է, հայտնել է թե իբր Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանը կազմակերպել է նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց, ինչպես նաև Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Պարգև Սրբազանի նկատմամբ սպանության նախապատրաստություն՝ այդպիսով Սամվել Բաբայանին ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ հանիրավի մեղադրելով առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության մեջ:

Բացի այդ, Գ. Իսաղուլյանը հրապարակային՝ հանրության լայն շրջանակների համար հանրամատչելի «Youtube» ինտերնետային կայքէջում 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 22-ին հրապարակված տեսանյութում դիտավորությամբ հնչեցրել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու կոչեր՝ նշելով, որ ՀՀ վարչապետին ֆիզիկապես ոչնչացնողը պետք է ստանա ազգային հերոսի կոչում և 1 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար պարգևավճար: Գ. Իսաղուլյանը միաժամանակ հավաստիացրել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին վնասելը հակաօրինական գործողություն չէ՝ այդ կերպ հրապարակայնորեն արդարացնելով նաև նման բռնությունը:

Վերը նշված հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքների կատարման համար Գառնիկ Իսաղուլյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով /երեք դրվագ/ և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 226.2-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
