Դադարեք Սևանա լճին վերաբերվել որպես ջրի տարա․ Թ․ Թովմասյանը հիշեցրեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը, երբ ԱԺ-ն քննարկում էր Սևանից ջրառ իրականացնելու նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովը արտահերթ նիստով քննարկում է «Սևանա լճի էկոհամակարգի վերականգնման, պահպանման, վերարտադրման և օգտագործման միջոցառումների տարեկան ու համալիր ծրագրերը հաստատելու մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը։  Մինչ նախագծի ներկայացումը ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները առաջարկում էին քննարկման տևողությունը երկարացնել մինչև երեք ժամ, իսկ կառավարությունը մեկ ժամ էր նախատեսել։ Ի վերջո «Իմ քայլը», հաշվի առնելով նախագծի հրատապությունը, առաջարկեց երկու ժամ նախատեսել, և այդ առաջարկն էլ ընդունվեց։

Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահ Կարեն Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց նախագիծը և նշեց, որ դրանով առաջարկվում է 2021 թվականին Սևանա լճից ջրի բացթողնման տարեկան առավելագույն չափաքանակ սահմանել մինչև 245 մլն մ խորանարդ, ինչը անհրաժեշտ է հողերի ոռոգման ջրապահովվածության դեֆիցիտը մեղմելու համար։

«Գործող օրենքով`Սևանա լճից ջրի բացթողումների տարեկան առավելագույն քանակը սահմանվել է մինչև 170 մլն մ խորանարդ: Կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման համաձայն՝ հյուսիսային և Սևանի ջրավազանային կառավարման տարածքում արձանագրվել է սակավաջրություն, որն էլ հիմք է հանդիսացել օրենքի նախագծի մշակման համար»,-ասաց նա։

Ընդդիմադիրները հետաքրքրվում էին, թե ինչու հիմա է ներկայացվել նախագիծը և ոչ թե նախորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում, և երբ են ունեցել տվյալները սակավաջրության մասին, և Կարեն Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց, որ հուլիսին ունեցել են տվյալները ներկայացրել են կառավարությանը, հետո հասկացել են, որ որոշակի ջրաքանակ ունեն և հիմա են եկել Ազգային ժողով եկել հավելյալ ջրառ իրականացնելու։
