Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպան Ս.Պ. Կոպիրկինի` Հայաստանում արձակուրդային ուղևորությունների ժամանակացույցի հաջորդ կետը Արարատի մարզն էր, որտեղ դիվանագետն ընտանիքի հետ այցելել է Փոքր Վեդի գյուղի հնագիտական վայրը, հայտնում է ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանատան ֆեյսբուքյան էջը:

Ճամփորդության ընթացքում Կոպիրկինն այցելել է նաև Հայաստանի սահմանի որոշ հատվածներ, ներառյալ Երասխ գյուղ, որտեղ հանդիպել է Հայաստանում ՌԴ Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության Սահմանապահ վարչության Արարատի սահմանային ջոկատի ռուս և հայ սահմանապահների հետ:
