Արցախը Ադրբեջանի տարածք չէ. Դավիթ Բաբայանը կոչ է անում Բաքվին չխեղաթյուրել իրականությունը

Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանն անդրադարձել է Արցախի կարգավիճակի վերաբերալ ադրբեջանական կողմի մոտեցումներին՝ շեշտելով, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի տարածքը չէ։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Բաբայանը Բաքվին կոչ արեց չխեղաթյուրել իրականությունը։ «Իհարկե, սա Ադրբեջանի տարածք չէ: Դա իրենց նպատակն է՝ Արցախը դարձնել Ադրբեջանի տարածք, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ դա հաջողվելու է», - ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը

Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ի հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանը զինված ուժեր է տեղափոխում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածք, Արցախի արտգործնախարարն ասաց, որ «Հայաստանի կողմից զորքի որևէ տեղաշարժ կամ տեղաբաշխում չկա»:

Դավիթ Բաբայանի խոսքով՝ ինչպես ռազմական միջոցների գործադրումը ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից, այնպես էլ Բաքվի նմանատիպ հայտարարությունները ուղղված են միևնույն նպատակին՝ հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրել՝ փորձելով վախեցնել արցախցիներին: Բացի այդ, նաև փորձում են խարխլել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները և հող նախապատրաստել Հայաստանի հետ Արցախի կապը կտրելու:

«Վաղն էլ ասելու են՝ «պետք է ստուգենք, տեսնենք՝ ով է գալիս Հայաստանից», և այլն, և այլն: Իրենք այդպես են ծրագրել՝ խեղդել Արցախը սոցիալ-տնտեսական առումով, թույլ չտալ, որ ներդրումներ լինեն», - բացատրեց Արցախի արտգործնախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ, ամեն դեպքում, հարկավոր է շատ լուրջ վերաբերվել նմանատիպ հայտարարություններին և համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկել դրա դեմ:

Բարձր գնահատելով ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորամիավորման դերը՝ Դավիթ Բաբայանը ընդգծեց, որ երբ ասում ենք «հայկական զորքեր» կամ «հայկական կազմավորումներ»՝ պետք է հիշել, որ դրանց մեջ է մտնում նաև Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակը, որը կա և հանդիսանում է Արցախի բնակչության անվտանգության երաշխիքը:

«Մենք միշտ էլ կունենանք մեր բանակը, մեր զինված ուժերը, որովհետև սա էլ է մեր բնակչության անվտանգության երաշխիքը: Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, Հայաստանն, իհարկե, մնում է Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորներից մեկը: Եվ ընդհանրապես, եթե ուզում ենք, որ ե՛ւ Հայաստանի ապագան լինի կանխատեսելի ու անվտանգ, ե՛ւ Արցախի, ապա Արցախի տեղն ու դերը պետք է բարձր լինի Հայաստանի հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում: Առանց դրա իսկապես շատ վատ է լինելու է: Եվ այն սադրիչները, այն թշնամիները, որոնք «ղարաբաղցի-հայաստանցի» են խաղում՝ սկսած իրենց կենցաղից, վերջացրած պաշտոնական հայտարարություններով, պետք է արդեն քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն», - ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
