Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ արցախյան այցելության հիմնական ուղերձը․Past.am

Անցած տարվա պատերազմից հետո Արցախը ոչ միայն կորցրել է իր տարածքների 75 տոկոսը, այլև կանգնել իր գոյությունը շարունակելու վտանգի առաջ։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը, ոգևորված իր հաղթանակով, բոլոր հնարավոր քայլերին դիմում է, որպեսզի կարողանա իր իշխանությունը տարածել Արցախի վրա։
 
Եվ պատահական չէ, որ գրեթե ամեն մի հարմար առիթի Ալիևը հայտարարում է, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը վերջնականապես լուծվել է ու մեկընդմիշտ մնացել անցյալում։ Իսկ այսպիսի հայտարարությունները լիովին արտացոլում են Արցախից այսօր մնացած փոքր հատվածն էլ խժռելու ադրբեջանական մտադրությունների ողջ պատկերը։
 
Ճիշտ է՝ ռուս խաղաղապահներն իրենց վրա են վերցրել Արցախում անվտանգության ապահովման հիմնական առաքելությունը, բայց դա չի նշանակում, թե Հայաստանը պետք է վերջնականապես իր «ձեռքերը լվանա» Արցախից։
 
Դեռ ավելին՝ Արցախի համար այս ծանր փուլում Հայաստանն ուղղակի պարտավոր է առավել մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել Արցախի թեմային։ Այս տեսանկյունից հատկանշական է օրերս ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ Արցախ կատարած այցելությունը։
 
Առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ, թե սա Սարգսյանի հերթական այցելությունն է Արցախ, և այստեղ ոչ մի արտառոց բան չկա:
 
Սակայն ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի՝ վերջին այցն Արցախ առավել խորհրդանշանական բնույթ է կրում՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի նախկին ղեկավարները, ներկա բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները և մասնավորապես վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խուսափում են Արցախ այցելությունից։
 
Պատերազմից հետո՝ այս տարվա հունվարին թերևս միայն այն ժամանակվա արտգործնախարար Արա Այվազյանը հանդգնեց այցելել Արցախ։ Եվ դրան հետևեց պաշտոնական Բաքվի կոշտ արձագանքն ու հոխորտանքները, թե իբր Երևանը խախտում է եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունները։
 
Արտգործնախարարի այցելությունից ի վեր ՀՀ իշխանությունները ամեն կերպ խուսափում են Արցախ այցելությունից։ Իսկ Արցախի՝ հայկական պետականության կարևորությունն ընգծելու տեսանկյունից շատ կարևոր քայլ կլիներ, եթե ընտրվելուց անմիջապես հետո Փաշինյանն իր առաջին այցն, օրինակ, նախաձեռներ դեպի Ստեփանակերտ։
 
Բայց, ցավոք սրտի, ներկայիս իշխող ուժի համար Արցախյան հիմնահարցը կարծես թե դարձել է բեռ, որից օր առաջ պետք է ազատվել։ Դրա համար էլ նրանք ամեն քայլափոխի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարում են Անկարայի ու Բաքվի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ առանց Արցախի անկախության անհրաժեշտության մասին որևէ խոսք ասելու։
 
Այսինքն, ՀՀ իշխանությունները իրենց զիջողական մոտեցումներով դեռևս առաջ են շարժվում Բաքվի գծած օրակարգով։ Չէ՞ որ Արցախ այցելության միջոցով Հայաստանի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչները հնարավորություն կստանային հատուկ ընդգծել Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանից անկախ կարգավիճակը։
 
Ուստի նախագահ Սարգսյանի այցելությունն Արցախ մեծ հաշվով իր մեջ յուրահատուկ ուղերձ է պարունակում, որ քաղաքական դաշտի մյուս ներկայացուցիչները ևս իրենց մեջ ուժ գտնեն և հետևելով իր օրինակին՝ այցելեն Արցախ։
