Ավելի քան 400 բնակարան՝ Արցախի Իվանյան համայնքում

Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը օգոստոսի 14-ին այցելել է Ասկերանի շրջանի Իվանյան համայնքի վարչական տարածք և տեղում ծանոթացել երկու թաղամասերում իրականացվող բնակարանաշինության լայնածավալ  աշխատանքներին:

«Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի միջոցներով կառուցվող բնակելի թաղամասերից առաջինում ընթանում են, ընդհանուր առմամբ, 180 բնակարան ունեցող 15 բազմաբնակարան շենքերի շինաշխատանքները՝ 8 շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավմամբ: Թաղամասը նախատեսված է շահագործման հանձնել 2022 թվականի վերջին և կտրամադրվի Հադրութի շրջանի Մեծ Թաղեր համայնքից տեղահանված  ընտանիքներին:

Զեկուցելով աշխատանքների ընթացքի մասին՝ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Արամ Սարգսյանը նախագահին ներկայացրել է, որ շենքերը կունենան 2, 3 և 4 սենյականոց բնակարաններ: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ 11 շենքերի շինաշխատանքներն արդեն մեկնարկել են, իսկ 4-ինը կսկսվեն օրեր անց:

Բավարար գնահատելով կատարվածը՝ երկրի ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է հարևանությամբ գտնվող հարթավայրային տարածքում առաջիկա ժամանակահատվածում սկսել ևս 10 նմանատիպ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառուցումը՝ 120 բնակարաններով,  որոնք տրվելու են Հադրութի շրջանի այլ համայնքների բնակիչների:

Հաջորդ թաղամասը, որտեղ եղել է Հանրապետության նախագահը, կրկին կառուցվում է հիմնականում «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի միջոցներով: Այն նախատեսված է 102 ընտանիքների համար և ամբողջությամբ բաղկացած է լինելու առանձնատներից. շինաշխատանքները իրականացվում են 6 կապալառու ընկերությունների կողմից: Այն ևս նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել 2022 թվականի վերջին. այստեղ ապրելու հնարավորություն կտրվի հիմնականում Ասկերանի շրջանի Ուղտասար համայնքից տեղահանված բնակիչներին:
