Գերմանիան փակել է դեսպանատունը Քաբուլում և իր քաղաքացիներին կոչ արել հեռանալ Աֆղանստանից

Վերջինը նաև հավելել է.«Մեր ղեկավարությունը հրահանգել է մեր ուժերին մնալ Քաբուլի դարպասների մոտ և չմտնել քաղաք: Մենք սպասում ենք իշխանության խաղաղ փոխանցմանը»:

Նա շեշտել է, որ բոլոր աֆղանստանցիները մասնակցություն կունենան իսլամական կառավարությանը, այսինքն՝ թալիբներ չհանդիսացող աֆղանստանցիները նույնպես ներառված կլինեն դրա կազմում:

Al Jazeera-ն հավելում է, որ «Թալիբան»-ը և Աֆղանստանի կառավարության պաշտոնյաները բանակցություններ են վարում իշխանության խաղաղ փոխանցման համար, այն դեպքում, որ զինյալները շրջափակել են մայրաքաղաք Քաբուլը:

«Թալիբան» արմատական շարժումը հայտարարել է, որ վերահսկում է Աֆղանստանի ամբողջ տարածքը: Al Arabiya հեռուստաալիքի վկայակոչած թալիբների հայտարարությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ «երկրի մայրաքաղաքում ռազմական գործողություններ չեն ընթանում, շարժումը վերահսկողություն է հաստատել ամբողջ Աֆղանստանի վրա»: Հեռուստաալիքի տվյալներով՝ թալիբները վերահսկողություն են հաստատել նաև Քաբուլից հյուսիս -արևմուտք գտնվող «Բաղրամ» ավիաբազայի վրա (Փարվան նահանգ): Ինչպես հայտնում է Al Arabiya հեռուստաալիքը, կազմավորումները գրավել են նաև «Բաղրամ» քաղաքի բանտը, որտեղ պահվում է մոտ 5000 բանտարկյալ, և ազատ են արձակել իրենց կողմնակիցներին:

Հայտնի է, որ թալիբների՝ մայրաքաղաք Քաբուլ մուտք գործելուց հետո Աֆղանստանի նախագահը մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում հրաժարական կտա, գրում է Al Arabiya-ն՝ վկայակոչելով սեփական աղբյուրները:

Երկրի ներքին գործերի նախարարն ասել է, որ իշխանության փոխանցումը կլինի խաղաղ՝ առանց կռվի:

Աֆղանստանի բանակի և թալիբների միջև բախումներ են տեղի ունեցել քաղաքի հարավային և հյուսիսային ծայրամասերում, թեև թալիբների խոսնակը ասում է, որ խմբին հրահանգ է տրված չգրոհել քաղաքը, որը երկրում կառավարության վերջին հենակետն է: Մամուլի խոսնակը հավելել է, որ խումբը մտադիր չէ վրեժ լուծել որևէ մեկից, և պնդում է, որ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ծառայել են կառավարությանը և բանակին, կներվեն:

Աֆղանստանի նախագահությունը պնդել է, որ իրավիճակը Քաբուլում դեռ վերահսկելի է: Քաղաքացիները հերթ են կանգնել՝ իրենց խնայողությունները բանկերից հանելու համար, քանի դեռ դրանց դռները չեն փակվել իրացվելիության բացակայության պատճառով:

Ամերիկացի դիվանագետները դեսպանատնից տարհանվել են ուղղաթիռով. քաղաքում կմնա 50-ից պակաս պաշտոնյա: Ըստ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներկայացուցչի, ԵՄ աշխատակազմի մի քանի աշխատակիցներ նույնպես տեղափոխվել են Քաբուլում ավելի անվտանգ վայր: Մյուս կողմից, Ռուսաստանը հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր չէ իր պաշտոնյաներին հեռացնել Քաբուլից: «Թալիբան»-ը երաշխավորել է դեսպանատան անվտանգությունը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժման զինյալներն իրենց վերահսկողության տակ են վերցրել Աֆղանստանի բոլոր սահմանային անցակետերը: Նշվում է, որ այժմ երկիրը կարելի է լքել միայն Քաբուլի օդանավակայանից:
