ԱԺ խոսնակն ակնհայտորեն գերազանցել է լիազորությունները, խիստ դատապարտելի է նաև նիստերի դահլիճում կոնֆլիկտային վիճակը նկարահանելու՝ անվտանգության աշխատակիցների կողմից կիրառված արգելքը․ հայտարարություն

Լրագրողական մի շարք կազմակերպություններ հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում անդրադառնում են Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների իրավունքների սահմանափակումներին։ Հայտարարությունում ասվում է․

Օգոստոսի 11-ին Ազգային ժողովի նիստի ընթացքում իշխանական և ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների միջև տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության հետևանքով իրավիճակը թեժանալու պահին ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հրահանգել է անջատել ուղիղ եթերը։ Բացի այդ, անվտանգության աշխատակիցները խորհրդարանում հավատարմագրված լրագրողներին և օպերատորներին արգելել են իրենց հատկացված օթյակից նկարահանել միջադեպը։

Մենք՝ ներքոստորագրյալ լրագրողական կազմակերպություններս, արձանագրում ենք, որ Ազգային ժողովի խոսնակն ակնհայտորեն գերազանցել է իր լիազորությունները․ «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» ՀՀ Սահմանադրական օրենքը չի նախատեսում այդպիսի գործառույթ։ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն իրավունք ունեն և պետք է տեղեկանան, թե ինչ է կատարվում խորհրդարանում և ինչ վարքագիծ է դրսևորում յուրաքանչյուր պատգամավոր, անկախ նրանից՝ դա դրական, թե բացասական գնահատականների կարժանանա։

Խիստ դատապարտելի է նաև անվտանգության աշխատակիցների կողմից ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ կիրառված արգելքը՝ նկարահանելու նիստերի դահլիճում ստեղծված կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակը։

Վրդովմունք հայտնելով խորհրդարանում հավատարմագրված լրագրողների գործունեությունը հերթական անգամ անհիմն սահմանափակելու, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների տեղեկացված լինելու իրավունքը խախտելու առիթով և վերահաստատելով մեր ս․ թ․ օգոստոսի 5-ի հայտարարության գնահատականները՝ ԱԺ ղեկավարությունից պահանջում ենք․

- հրապարակավ բացատրություններ տալ ԱԺ նիստի ուղիղ հեռարձակման ընդհատման իրավական հիմքերի վերաբերյալ և դրանց բացակայության պարագայում հայցել հանրության ներողամտությունը, երաշխավորել, որ նմանատիպ դեպքեր ապագայում չեն կրկնվի,

- բացառել ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների մասնագիտական գործունեության խոչընդոտման և անհիմն սահմանափակումներ կիրառելու որևէ քայլ,

- միջոցներ ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները չգերազանցեն իրենց լիազորությունները և որևէ կերպ չմիջամտեն ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների աշխատանքին, բացառությամբ կանոնակարգերով նախատեսված դեպքերի, որոնց մասին լրագրողները նախապես տեղեկացված են,

- չեղարկել ս․ թ․ օգոստոսի 2-ից ԱԺ-ում մեր գործընկերների նկատմամբ կիրառվող բոլոր սահմանափակումները, մինչև հավատարմագրված լրագրողների և շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների մասնակցությամբ մշակվի խորհրդարանում ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների աշխատանքի նոր կանոնակարգը։
