Հայաստանը գտնվում է ուժեղ ճնշման ներքո՝ բացելու տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության ուղիները. Արմեն Գևորգյան

«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունն Ազգային ժողովի տարածաշրջանային և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի թեկնածու է առաջադրել Արմեն Գևորգյանին: Վերջինս իր ելույթի ժամանակ նշեց, որ այս գումարման Ազգային ժողովի աշխատանքից է կախված՝ Հայաստանը կշարունակի՞ լինել լիարժեք անկախ և ինքնիշխան պետություն, թե ոչ: 

Արմեն Գևորգյանը շեշտեց, որ խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգում չափազանց մեծ է Ազգային ժողովի մշտական հանձնաժողովների դերը` օրենսդրական մշակման հարցերից մինչև արտաքին կապեր և խորհրդարանական վերահսկողություն:

Պատգամավորը ներկայացրեց տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի առնչությամբ իր պատկերացումները:

«44-օրյա պատերազմը փոխել է Հարավային Կովկասի անվտանգային դիմագիծը և աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը: Պատերազմի հետևանքները փոխել են Հայաստանի ու Արցախի տեղն ու դերը այս ճարտարապետության մեջ: Զգալիորեն թուլացած ու անվտանգային լրջագույն խնդիրների շեմին գտնվելով՝ հայ ժողովրդին, այնուամենայնիվ, պատմականորեն վիճարկված է ապրել այս հողի վրա ու այս տարածաշրջանում: Հարևաններին ընտրելու հնարավորություն տրված չէ: Մենք այստեղ ապրում ենք դարերով և պետք է շարունակենք ապրել և արարել: Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է արժանապատիվ խաղաղություն և տարածաշրջանային գրագետ համագործակցություն, որի միջավայրը, նոր իրողություններից ելնելով, պետք է մեր պետությունը կառուցի իր ազգային անվտանգության շահերի խորը գիտակցմամբ»,- ասաց Գևորգյանը:

Պատգամավորը նշեց, թե ինչպես է պատկերացնում համակեցությունը տարածաշրջանում: «Մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությունը  պետք է լինի արժանապատիվ և երկարաժամկետ: Տարածաշրջանում զարգացման հնարավորությունները պետք է բոլորի համար լինեն շահավետ: Տարածաշրջանի բոլոր դերակատարների շահերը պետք է լինեն համարժեք, պատմականորեն հիմնավորված և դրական: Մենք ինքներս  պետք է պատասխանենք նաև 3 հարցի՝ կարո՞ղ է արդյոք Հարավային Կովկասը  դառնալ խաղաղության և համագործակցության գոտի, հնարավո՞ր է  արդյոք այս տարածաշրջանը դարձնել ընդհանուր տնտեսական շուկա, կարո՞ղ է արդյոք Հայաստանը հանդես գալ տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության նոր նախագծերի նախաձեռնությամբ, ունի՞ Հայաստանը բավարար հնարավորություններ տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունը խթանելու համար»:
