ՎՏԲ -Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդները կարող են իրականացնել բանկային գործարքներ Upay-ի 42 մասնաճյուղերում

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը շարունակում է ընդլայնել իր կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների շրջանակը՝ մշակելով նորարարական լուծումներ հաճախորդների առավել հարմարավետ սպասարկումն ապահովելու նպատակով: Բանկային գործարքներն իրականացնելը դարձել է ավելի հասանելի և հարմարավետ, քանի որ Բանկի հաճախորդները հնարավորություն ունեն կատարել իրենց գործարքները Upay-ի 42 մասնաճյուղերում՝ տեղակայված ք․ Երևանում և Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում:

Upay-ի մասնաճյուղերում ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդները կարող են համալրել քարտային և բանկային հաշիվները, ավանդները, ինչպես նաև մարել վարկային պարտավորությունները՝ կատարելով ինչպես հերթական մարումներ՝ համաձայն վճարման ժամանակացույցի, այնպես էլ վաղաժամկետ մարումներ (տրամադրելով վարկային պայմանագրի համար կամ ծածկագիր):

Գործարքները կիրականացվեն առցանց․ երկուշաբթիից ուրբաթ օրերին` ժամը 09:00-19:00-ն, շաբաթ օրը` 09:00-18:00-ն, իսկ մնացած օրերին և ժամերին` հաջորդ աշխատանքային օրը` 09:00-ին: Մեկ օրվա ընթացքում հաճախորդը հնարավորություն ունի կատարել անսահմանափակ թվով գործարքներ:

Սահմանված են գործարքների կատարման հետևյալ սահմանափակումները․

  • Գործարքները կարող են կատարվել միայն ՀՀ դրամով: Քարտային հաշիվների համալրման դեպքում, եթե համալրվում է արտարժութային հաշիվը, ՀՀ դրամով մուտքագրված գումարը կփոխարկվի հաճախորդի հաշվին՝ գումարի հաշվեգրման պահին Բանկում անկանխիկ գործարքների համար սահմանված փոխարժեքով:
  • Յուրաքանչյուր գործարքի նվազագույն գումարը 1000 ՀՀ դրամ է, առավելագույնը`400 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:

Վերը նշված բանկային գործառնությունների իրականացման համար Upay ընկերության կողմից սահմանված է  ծառայության դիմաց միջնորդավճար: Եթե գործարքի գումարը չի գերազանցում 35 հազ. ՀՀ դրամը, միջնորդավճարը կազմում է 200 ՀՀ դրամ, 35 հազար ՀՀ դրամից ավելի դեպքում՝ գործարքի գումարի 0.6%-ը (ոչ ավելի, քան 1200 ՀՀ դրամ):

Առավել մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն կարելի է ստանալ զանգահարելով Բանկի Կոնտակտային կենտրոն՝ 87-87 հեռախոսահամարով, ինչպես նաև Upay ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքում՝ https://www.ucom.am/upay կամ զանգահարելով (+374) 11-444-448 հեռախոսահամարով:
