Եթե որդիս վախեցող լիներ, չէր թողնի իր հրամանատարական կետը և մեկներ առաջնագիծ, այն վարկածը, որ նա կրակել է ոտքին, սուտ է. Սեյրան Օհանյան (տեսանյութ)

Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի թեկնածու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի շուրջ ձևավորված  քննարկումները վերածվեցին կենցաղային մակարդակի քննարկումների, որովհետև ինքն էությամբ այդպիսինն է և այդպես էր արձագանքում բոլոր հարցերին՝ ընդհատելով, միջամտելով, հեգնանքով: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

«Հետաքրքիր էր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի պատասխանը իմ հնչեցրած այն հարցին, թե հանձնաժողովը ինչ աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել սահմանին՝ խորհրդարանական վերահսկողության պայմաններում: Թվում էր, թե Քոչարյանի պատասխանը պետք է լինի այն, որ ձևավորել են համապատասխան ծրագիր, արտագնա նիստ են կայացրել, այնինչ նա նշում է, որ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ է իրականացրել Բաղրամյան փողոցում, և երբ ես պնդեցի պատասխանել իմ հարցին, նա սկսեց անդրադառնալ պատմությանը, իմ անցյալին՝ ընդ որում սխալ տվյալներ ներկայացնելով: Քոչարյանը սխալվում է, որ ես 361-րդ գնդում եմ ծառայել: Ես ծառայել եմ Ստեփանակերտում տեղակայված 366-րդ գնդում, ես եղել եմ ոչ թե վաշտի, այլ գումարտակի հրամանատար, և նա սխալվում է, որ այդ զորմամասը մասնակցել է «Կոլցո» օպերացիային: Հակառակը, այդ զորամասը այն տարիներին մեծ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել Ստեփանակերտի և Արցախի բնակիչներին: Մենք մինչև հիմա բարեկամություն ենք անում այդ զորամասի զինծառայողների հետ, որոնց մեծ մասը ՌԴ ում է ապրում: Այդ զորամասի դուրս բերվելուց հետո մեծ քանակությամբ զրահատեխնիկա է մնացել, որը ՊԲ-ի համալրման հիմք է հանդիսացել»:

Օհանյանի կարծիքով թիրախավորված է ողջ բանակը:

«Ինձ թվում է, որ ես գտնվում եմ ոչ թե ԱԺ-ում, այլ բանակում կամ դատարանում: Այնպիսի բաներ են պատմում բանակի մասին, որոնք տեղ չպետք է գտնեն ԱԺ-ում»,-ասացնա:

Անդրադառանալով  իր որդու հետ կապված խոսակցություններին, Օհանյանը նշեց.

 «Այս մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում վիրավորվել է իմ որդին, ով եղել է զորամասի հրամանատար՝ գնդապետի կոչումով: Քրեական գործ է հարուցված և քննչական մարմինները պարզել են, որ նման վարկած, որ որդիս կրակել է ոտքին, չկա:
