Ծանր հարված Ադրբեջանին․ իրավիճակը փոխվում է

Երեկ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել է, որ «Տարբեր աղբյուրներից ստացված տեղեկություններով՝ մայիսի 15-ի կեսօրին ադրբեջանական կողմից գնդակոծվել է շփման գծի մյուս կողմում գտնվող ռազմական օբյեկտ, ինչին համապատասխանաբար արձագանքել է մյուս կողմը»:

Իր հերթին, հայտարարություն են տարածել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, որում ասվում է, որ «Ըստ տարբեր հավաստի աղբյուրներից հավաքած տեղեկությունների, մայիսի 15-ին Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերը հրթիռային կրակ են բացել շփման գծի երկայնքով՝ հարված հասցնելով ռազմական տեխնիկային»։

Ձեւակերպումը գրեթե նույնն է, եւ դա հասկանալի է՝ Ռուսաստանը Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկիր է եւ բնականաբար տեղյակ էր սպասվող հայտարարությունից:
Այստեղ էականն այն է, որ համանախագահները փաստացի առաջին անգամ հստակ մատնանշում են լարվածությունը հրահրող կողմին՝ Ադրբեջան, որին հայկական կողմը պատասխանել է:

Ադրբեջանը մայիսի 15-ին շփման գծում առաջին անգամ կիրառել էր իսրայելական արտադրության կառավարվող հրթիռ, փորձելով շարքից հանել հայկական ՀՕՊ համալիրը: Հայկական կողմը պատժիչ գործողություն էր իրականացրել, հակառակորդին հասցնելով տեխնիկայի եւ մարդկային կորուստներ:

Այս երկու հայտարարությունները փոխում են իրավիճակը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ արձանագրում են իրավիճակի փոփոխությունն արդեն փաստաթղթի տեսքով: Միջնորդները տեւական ժամանակ փորձում են շփման գծում հասնել հետաքննության մեխանիզմի տեղակայմանը, ինչին խոչընդոտում է Ադրբեջանը: Նկատելի է, որ Ադրբեջանի վրա որոշակի ճնշում է գործադրվում այդ հարցում:

Իր հերթին, Բաքուն փորձում է փոխել այս նոր օրակարգը, եւ դրա առաջին փորձը փետրվարին էր, երբ Ադրբեջանը փորձեց վերականգնել «պատերազմի իրավունքը»: Սակայն Ադրբեջանը ռազմական ծանր ու անսպասելի հարված ստացավ, քանի որ պարզ դարձավ, որ հայկական կողմում արդեն իսկ տեղակայված են գերժամանակակից «հետաքննության» սարքավորումներ:

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանին զրկել են պատերազմի իրավունքից, իսկ ռազմական գործողությունների դիմելու պարագայում Ադրբեջանը կարող է խստագույնս պատժվել ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի, այլեւ միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Այդ մասին էր հայտարարել նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի նախկին նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպմանը:

Ի՞նչ է անելու Ադրբեջանն այս իրավիճակում. դիմելու է ռազմական գործողությունների՞, ինչի մասին վերջին շրջանում շատ է խոսվում մամուլում, թե՞ համաձայնվելու է միջազգային նոր օրակարգին:
