ՔԿ փոխնախագահը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ ՀԴԲ իրավական կցորդի հետ, քննարկվել է երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Արսեն Այվազյանն այսօր հանդիպել է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների քննությունների դաշնային բյուրոյի իրավական կցորդ Հիդեր Բերգիի հետ, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի միջազգային հարցումների ապահովման բաժնի պետ Սերգեյ Թաիրյանն ու ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան թմրամիջոցների դեմ պայքարի և իրավապահ համագործակցության գրասենյակի ավագ իրավախորհրդատու Ադի Հոլովեյը, նույն գրասենյակի ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Մարիցա Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ ՔԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Արսեն Այվազյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել՝ Քննչական կոմիտեում հյուրընկալվելու նախաձեռնության համար՝ նկատի ունենալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև տարիներ ի վեր ձևավորված փոխվստահելի և գործընկերական հարաբերությունները:

ՔԿ նախագահի տեղակալը նշել է, որ Քննչական կոմիտեի գործունեության սկզբնական շրջանից սկսած ԱՄՆ գործընկերների հետ փոխգործակցության շրջանակներում շարունակաբար ցուցաբերվում է անհրաժեշտ օժանդակություն, որն արտահայտվում է ինչպես առանձին քրեական գործերով ներկայացված իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու մասին հարցումների պահանջների կատարմամբ, այնպես էլ լավագույն փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով կազմակերպվող դասընթացների միջոցով: Ա.Այվազյանը կարևորեց նաև ձևավորված փոխգործակցության ընթացքում իրականացվող աշխատանքային այցերը, որոնց ընթացքում տեղի ունեցող կառուցողական քննարկումների արդյունքում իրենց լուծումն են ստանում արդիական տարատեսակ խնդիրները:
