Անպատժելիությունն առավել ծանր խախտումների կրկնության վտանգը դարձնում է իրական․ Արման Թաթոյան

Ադրբեջանական իշխանություննները պետք է հատուցեն, որ անվտանգությունից բացի, խաթարել են ՀՀ բնակիչների խաղաղ ու բնականոն կյանքը, մարդկանց զրկել են ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից ու ստեղծել սոցիալական լրջագույն խնդիրներ:

Օրինակ` կադաստրյային այս վկայականը հաստատում է Սյունիքի Քարահունջ համայնքի բնակչի սեփականության իրավունքը պտղատու այգու նկատմամբ: Այն տրված է 2002թ.՝ ՀԽՍՀ Հողային բարեփոխումների և սեփականության տեղական հանձնաժողովի 1991թ. հիմքով: Կան ավելի վաղ ժամանակներից ու նույնիսկ ժառանգությամբ փոխանցված հողատարածքներ:

Սա բազմաթիվ օրինակներից է, երբ մարդը զրկվել է օրինական փաստաթղթերով իրեն պատկանող այգուց կամ տնից, քանի որ դրա վրա անօրինական ներկա են ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներ:

Այս օրինակը ևս ապացուցում է, որ ՀՀ պետական սահմանների հետ կապված՝ ինչ քաղաքական մեխանիզմ էլ ուզում է լինի, չի կարող հաջողություն ունենալ կամ լինել թույլատրելի, եթե հաշվի չառնի մարդկանց իրավունքները կամ եթե չվերականգնի այն իրավունքները, որոնք խախտված են:

Բայց պետք է գործել «ամեն րոպեն թանկ է» սկզբունքով:

Մեր պետությունն ունի բոլոր հիմքերը՝ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ու մեր բոլոր գյուղացիներին պատճառած վնասները հատուցելուն պարտադրելու համար:
