Վանեցյանի հայտարարությունների հիման վրա նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Թե՛ նախընտրական, թե՛, առավել ևս, հետընտրական շրջանում պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ են ստացվում, որ պետական հաստատություններում պարտադրում են աշխատանքից ազատվել այն աշխատակիցներին, որոնք ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեն: Մասնավորաբար, 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 21-ին Հանրային հեռուսաընկերության եթերում Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հարցազրույցի ժամանակ «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ, «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը հայտարարել է. «Մեր թիմակիցներին ազատում են աշխատանքից քաղաքական հայացքների համար: Մեր թիմակիցներին, որոնք ընտրված համայնքի ղեկավար են, ստիպում են, որ հրաժարական ներկայացնեն» (հաղորդման 16-րդ րոպեից):

Այնուհետ Ա. Վանեցյանը օրինակ է բերել, որ Վանաձորի հիվանդանոցում (խոսքը, ինչպես հետագայում պարզաբանվեց, Վանաձոր քաղաքի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցի մասին է-խմբ.) աշխատող բուժքրոջը, որը եղել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի թիմակիցը, մարզպետի մակարդակով «կանչել, ասել են՝ դիմում գրի, գնա, որովհետև դու եղել ես «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության աջակից»:

«Փաստ» թերթը հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել՝ արդյո՞ք դատախազությունը Ա. Վանեցյանի սույն հայտարարությունները դիտարկել է որպես հաղորդում հանցագործության մասին, և արդյո՞ք հարուցված է քրեական գործ: Դատախազությունից ստացվել է պատասխան, ուր մասնավորաբար նշված է. «ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում ուսումնասիրվել է Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանի հարցազրույցը Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հետ: Նշված հարցազրույցի տեսագրությունն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի դատախազին՝ Արթուր Վանեցյանի կողմից առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող հայտարարությունները սահմանված կարգով ստուգելու համար»:

Դիմեցինք նաև Լոռու մարզի դատախազություն, որտեղից ստացանք հետևյալ պատասխանը . «Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180, 181 հոդվածների կարգով նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Վերջնական որոշում դեռևս չի կայացվել: Հսկող դատախազը մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ Վահե Դոլմազյանն է»:
