Ունենալ դեմարկացված և դելիմիտացված սահմաններ, մոտավորապես նույնն է, թե ունենալ պարիսպ սեփական երկրի շուրջ. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարության աշխատակազմին և Զինված ուժերի բարձրագույն սպայակազմին Պաշտպանության նորանշանակ նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանին ներկայացնելիս անդրադարձել է սահմանների դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտացիայի թեմային:

«Նախընտրական շրջանում ես էլի մի քանի անգամ ասել եմ, որ սա մեր օրակարագն է: Եվ դուք հիշում եք այդ, այսպես ասած, «սարսափազդու» փաստաթղթի արտահոսքի պայմաններում և օրերին կառավարության նիստում ես հայտարարեցի, որ մենք ընդունում ենք այդ օրակարգը և ընդունելու ենք այդ օրակարգը: Դա նաև մեր օրակարգն է, որովհետև ունենալ դեմարկացված և դելիմիտացված սահմաններ, մոտավորապես նույնն է, թե ունենալ պարիսպ սեփական երկրի շուրջ: Եվ ես շարունակում եմ այս դիրքորոշումն ունենալ:

Նախկինում էլ այդ փաստաթղթի քննարկման ժամանակ մենք ասել ենք, որ մեզ համար անընդունելի է ադրբեջանական զորքերի ներկայությունը մեր տարածքում և այդ պայմաններում դեմարկացիայի ու դելիմիտացիայի պրոցես իրականացնելը: Եվ մենք այն ժամանակ հենց այս պայմաններն էինք առաջադրել՝ այդ խնդիրը լուծելու և այդ ճանապարհով առաջ գնալու համար»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը:

Փաշինյանը նշել է՝ կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները համահունչ են և արտահայտված են միջազգային հանրության դիրքորոշումների հետ, որն արտահայտվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության նոյեմբերից հետո հրապարակված մի քանի հայտարարություններով:

«Շատ կարևոր է նաև արձանագրել, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, մասնավորապես ապրիլի 13-ի հայտարարությամբ, արձանագրել են կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը կողմերին հայտնի սկզբունքների և տարրերի հիման վրա: Այսինքն՝ ինչի՞ համար եմ սա ասում, որպեսզի հստակ արձանագրենք, որ միջազգային հանրությունն ինքն է արձանագրում կոնֆլիկտի լուծման անհրաժեշտությունը, հետևաբար արձանագրում է կոնֆլիկտի գոյությունը:

Եվ այս առումով էլ պիտի արձանագրեմ, որ մեր մոտեցումները և դիրքորոշումները խնդրի գոյության հատվածով, համահունչ են միջազգային հանրությանը»,- նշել է վարչապետը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձանագրել է, որ 2021թ. հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում իշխանությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներից ստացել են մանդատ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և մեր տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու վերաբերյալ: «Մենք վճռական ենք այս ճանապարհով գնալու համար, բայց պիտի արձանագրենք, որ ցավոք դա միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից չի կախված: Սա է ամբողջ խնդիրը: Խաղաղությունը, ցավոք, միայն մեզնից չի կախված և կախված է նրանից, թե մեր և միջազգային հանրության ջանքերով ինչքանով կկարողանանք տարածաշրջանի խաղաղությանը սպառնալիք հանդիսացող երկրներին բերել կառուցողական դաշտ, բայց մյուս կողմից մենք պետք է ընդունենք նաև այդ օրակարգը, որ մենք էլ մեր հերթին պետք է լինենք մաքսիմալ կառուցողական, որպեսզի ժողովրդից ստացած մանդատը կարողանանք իրացնել, իհարկե ոչ երբեք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային և պետական շահերի հաշվին»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
