Որոշումս պայմանավորված էր նախընտրական ցուցակի հետ կապված որոշ տարաձայնություններով․ Տիգրան Ավինյանը պարզաբանել է նախընտրական պայքարին չմասնակցելը

Տիգրան Ավինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ անդրադառնալով նախընտրական պայքարին չմասնակցելու իր որոշման պատճառներին ու տեղեկացրել, որ շարունակելու է մնալ «Քաղաքացիական կուսակցության» անդամ։

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ընտրական գործընթացի մեկնարկին որոշեցի կենտրոնանալ պաշտոնական պարտականությունների կատարման վրա՝ զերծ մնալով նախընտրական պայքարին մասնակցելուց: Այդ որոշումը պայմանավորված էր նախընտրական ցուցակի հետ կապված որոշ տարաձայնություններով:

Մեր պայքարը հիմնված է ժողովրդավարության, ազատության, կոռուպցիայի բացառման սկզբունքների վրա: Այդ համատեքստում մեր պետության զարգացման այս փուլի առաջնահերթություն ենք դիտարկում ժողովրդավարության հաստատումն ու ամրապնդումը (ազատ, արդար և թափանցիկ ընտրություններ) և կոռուպցիայի բացառումը (անհաշտ պայքար կոռուպցիայի դեմ): Այս շարքում հիմնարար սկզբունք է նաև բիզնեսի ու քաղաքականության տարանջատումը՝ անկախ անձերից: Կազմված նախընտրական ցուցակի դեպքում, սակայն, ես վստահ չէի, որ այդ սկզբունքը պահպանվում էր, և մենք որևէ ձևով չէինք շեղվում դրանից: Այնուհանդերձ, համոզված եմ, որ բիզնեսի ու քաղաքականության տարանջատումը մնալու է մեր թիմի անբեկանելի սկզբունքը, իսկ հնարավոր ռիսկերը կառավարվելու են: Ինքս մնալու եմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ և ամեն կերպ աջակցելու եմ, որպեսզի 2018թ. սկսած մեր բոլոր բարեփոխումները շարունակվեն:

Թողնելով ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը՝ մեր երեք տարիների աշխատանքը գնահատում եմ արդյունավետ և իմ կողմից համակարգված ոլորտներում համոզված կերպով կարող եմ խոսել առաջընթացի մասին:

Նախ, կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի և պատերազմի փուլերում մենք կարողացանք կանխել տնտեսության հնարավոր փլուզումը: Ավելին՝ տնտեսական հակաճգնաժամային և զարգացման ծրագրերով սոցիալական ապահովության, գյուղատնտեսության, էներգետիկայի, քաղաքաշինության և այլ ոլորտներում թույլ չտվեցինք իրավիճակի վատթարացում՝ միաժամանակ ապահովելով զարգացման իրական նախադրյալներ: Կարևորում եմ նաև պետական կառավարման համակարգի բարեփոխումների ռազմավարության մշակումը և թվայնացման ոլորտում առկա ձեռքբերումները: Այս ամենը հրաշալի հիմք են ստեղծում մեր երազած պետության կառուցման համար:
